I purchased and returned one transmission for a 87 toyota truck. I received no money or check that was supposed to be mailed out that day,In [redacted] of 2014, I met with [redacted] in [redacted] at the [redacted] parking lot to pick up the 1987 [redacted] truck transmission. At this time I gave him [redacted] in cash. I received no receipt. When I returned home with the transmission it was the wrong one. I returned it to Ollie's at his address in Phillipston on [redacted] He stated to me the check would be in the mail by that Friday, It is now [redacted] and after many calls and many promises from him, I have still not received my money back.Desired Settlementi just want my cash returned to me that I gave him. I am out the transmission and the cash [redacted].

Ordered transmission, lost sale after delayed delivery, wouldn't refundOrdered transmission on [redacted] from [redacted]. Was told I would have it by [redacted] Called on the [redacted] told it was on the way, never showed. Called on the [redacted] told it was on the way. Never showed. Same thing on the [redacted] Finally showed up on the [redacted] Was paid for in full at time of delivery. Went to deliver to my customer, an auto repair facility. After a week of waiting the garage had ordered elsewhere. Went to return transmission on our own delivery truck and was told by [redacted] that he would not take it back. Invoice that was included with transmission states 5 days for return, which it was within, and 6 month warranty. [redacted] says it was a special order item. Was never told this, and invoice does not state this.Desired Settlement[redacted] paid by [redacted] for the part. Part will be returned in condition it was received.
