Our job was quoted early January for installation on January 23rdInstaller showed up as scheduled but didn't take long before he was fuming with how the job was written up by the owner "Van"Grumbled that nearly every job is misquoted by VanWe ordered new wall cabinet and lower drawers and count for our laundry areaVery specific that we needed a larger opening to accommodate a larger cat box, plus two different size drawersBoth drawers came the same size and someone had to make a new drawer and deliver it to our home that dayOpening when finished was smaller than we originally hadWe also had new doors put on existing garage cabinets to freshen up the lookThey came doors short, Van showed up saying we hadn't ordered those doors, I showed Van his handwritten quote showing all the doors we needed and paid for priceHis comment "well we'll make the doors for you at no cost" Heck, we'd paid for them so what's the no cost commentAll in all, we've had I think 6-people here at different times and as of 2-12-the job isn't complete yetIf you want a good price this is the place to go but be prepared for the enormous Head Ache and sourer taste you get doing business with "Van's"Just not worth the hazel
in May I had Neil's Cabinets installed cabinets in our garage, when the cabinets were sold I was told that All installations would come with a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY* on Craftsmanship as well as a guarantee free of defect they would repair, replace, or refund the purchase price should defect be found
I am now having an issued with the cabinets where the trim and doors are peeling off, I called Neil's cabinets over a month ago, spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jim, who I had explained what issued I was having with their product, Jim said to me to allowed him sometime to call me back to schedule a visit and they would gladly send someone to reviewed the issued and that they would take care of ita few weeks went by and nobody ever called me back to schedule an appointment, so I decided to call today to followed up on the repair and I started to get the run around and they told me that someone would call me back, which they did later and told me that in order for them to se
I checked out several garage cabinet companies but when I saw their A+ rating on Revdex.com, I was sold Not only were their prices the best but they were easy to deal with Sure, it takes some work to get the scheduling finalized but that's because they have so much business
Their cabinets and epoxy floor are the best quality for the price I paid
I am very happy with their service and quality of their products
