This company should watch their customers a little more closely. One of them has a [redacted] web site up and running and is out to hack other web sites. My site was hit last night by someone from web address [redacted] . They couldn't hack in but I knew they tried and they are now blocked.

I had been using their services since early In March their services were completely shut down for about weekThey would not even answer any phone callsI had a number of reseller accounts with them and had to switch to a different supplierI informed OLM of my cancellation of their services late March after their emails started working againOLM didn't even had the decency to offer a free month's hosting fees to a client of yearsThey went and charged my credit card not only for March but a few subsequent Months as well despite me cancelling my services in Late MarchYou be the judge of the personalities behind this outfit

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
They are blatantly lying about proof of cancellation I provided the fax that we sent, and I am happy to provide this fax to you as proof I have called them over times regarding this issue, and emailed over times, with zero response
They are blatantly lying and I am exploring legal action now
Sincerely,

Have used OLM for years without issues. Their support staff is top notch and very helpful. They have been awesome with recommendations for my site as well as keeping my costs low. Mark and Kim are always polite and pleasant to speak with.

Review: Website Hosting //name registrars site bills their clients and yet doesn't record payments in a clear and timely manner so that [redacted] an independent watch site generates daily non-payment reminders. It is unnecessarily confusing and time consuming for individual consumers like me.I can't just switch sites either as they have my account locked. I paid my bill over 6 weeks ago and My problem is still unresolved. I went so far as calling Spain to speak to [redacted] support and they could only ask for ' contact information and a description of this problem. The annual bill is 16.95 I've wasted hours and now money calling to Spain to try to resolve this ALL so that my website is not removed from the internet. It is scheduled to expire tomorrow Novemebr 10th2015 but my receipt from [redacted] shows that I am paid through November 2016.I am a small business / an artist and educator, who uses the website to promote my artwork and as a search site for students and or critical inquires about my work history. I do not sell from my site. I am unable to leave this registration group and freely switch to a more helpful one as they have my account locked. My web host is OLM and they support [redacted] who is my site registrar- I pay two separate fees annually - The same thing occurred last year for example. Here I am wasting hours trying to resolve problems. And they do not respond to support email requests.Desired Settlement: There should be one annual fee that covers both site hosting and name registration/ It all seems like a scam as it is presently set up. who are we paying and what are we getting for this --other than aggravation?

Review: I have registered and hosted my web domain [redacted] with [redacted] since Dec 2007. In December of 2014 I paid to have my domain name registered for another year. Payment was accepted and I received correspondence stating the website had been successfully renewed and secured for another year. Today, I discovered that due to an error the web domain was NOT renewed and due to this error the website was made available to purchase. A web brokering site bought the domain and now is demanding $300 for me to buy it back. [redacted] refused to do anything to help me and refuses to reply to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I would think they should be responsible for getting the website back and re-registering it to me. It was their error that resulted in me losing my business site and my branding.
