Review: I have sent detailed documentation regarding my rental payments to Olnick Mgt several times in the past 5 months, however they have refused to respond to my multiple emails and their phone calls have lead to no further action. I have been directed to email [redacted] who is apparently the [redacted] there, however despite three emails, she has not responded either.

Issue:

The lease stipulates that the rent must be received by the [redacted] of each month, and I habitually sent a Bank Check on the [redacted] of each month. Olnick was having issues procession these checks on time, and they subsequently blamed Chase Bank for the delays. I provided the confirmed dated bank checks for their review, but no answer. Therefore I stopped sending a bank check only to have Olnick, deposit my personal check after the [redacted], and charge me another late again.

If they do not have a secure method of accepting payment to protect the consumer from there superfluous late charges, then a third party should step in.Desired Settlement: I am simply asking for my monthly bill to reflect the correct payment, and have these erroneous late charges removed. I would appreciate your assistance with getting this corrected.

Review: I had rented their apartment on [redacted] #[redacted] for 2 and half years.

I left their apartment on 9/**/2015. The agreement is that they will return my deposit amount of $5,250 after the 60 days of my leave. 12/28/2015 today after the 3 months past they are not returning my deposit.

I called them the issue and Mary's answer is they mailed it. I begged many times to cancel the check and send it to me a new check. They are not showing any good will. It is huge sum for me to wait this long.
