I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Lies!!!!!I had to run after [redacted] pavers representative for answers, and after supplying the requested pictures, she told me she needed her supervisor who is out on vacation.Never heard back and had to call several more time to get a response. After the representative told me the discoloration happens after contact with water (a voice mail left on my phone) I couldn't reach her and had to leave a voicemail as well saying we do not accept that and would like a call back but never got one.After some time passed by, I tried contacting the manager, left a message but didn't get a call back, so I had to call again. I spoke with someone who tried getting more information that I had to locate since it's been so long and the purchase accord while I was on vacation and was supposed to get back with them but couldn't reach the appropriate person after that.I have never raised my voice....I welcome anyone from the Revdex.com to call me and hear my voice, I am not capable of yelling, I am very soft spoken.  I might have gotten irritable since no one was getting back to me.Poor customer service!!!! When I have a customer that is calling regarding a problem they are my first priority and even if I don't have any answers to provide, I will make sure to answer or call back and let them know they will be taken care of.I can't provide information if no one will call me back!!! Please make sure to have someone call me back should you want to take care and actually provide customer service. I am willing to work with [redacted] pavers in order to resolve this issue. Regards,

Happy New Year! I hope you are finding the new Year to treat you well.  After long attempts to locate this customer’s file and the hectic Holidays this is what I have come up with. We attempted to assist this customer when they first contacted us, both via email and phone calls.  They...

did provide pictures like we asked, but when we inquired about additional information, such as when they purchased the pavers and from whom (we do not sell this Collection direct); so that we could start a SOP Complaint file in attempt to better further assist her, she became irate and unreasonable.  There were a few phone calls where she yelled at an [redacted] associate whom was trying to collect information in order to help locate her order, that unfortunately led to us not accepting her calls.  Additionally, we have tried to explain to her, again via phone and email, the white haze on her pavers is a natural occurrence, called Efflorescence, that happens in the curing process between cement and water (please see attached for further explanation). She proceeded to threaten with legal action which is completely unsubstantiated in this case.  Despite our efforts we were not able to retrieve any information to locate her order, so that we could move forward with her complaint.  The information you are providing is much more than we were ever given.  Which leads to more concerns: Here are my concerns with her “Complaint Information”1.    It is not a product issue, nor defect, as we tried to explain to her previously.  We were trying to provide her customer service to rectify her concerns, but unfortunately her demeanor made that very difficult.2.    I have NO purchases for this material/product, from any of my vendors, during the month November or December 2015. Her complaint states that her purchase was dated 12/14/2015.3.    Nor did anyone contact us regarding this job when the problem occurred on 12/23/2015. I am not sure how to proceed from here, especially since I am still not able to locate her file with the inaccurate information she has provided thus far. Thank you for listening.  Sincerely,  [redacted]
