Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Yes the car was bought used and it was also inspected the next day by an ASE Master certified technician and even though the car had 113,miles on it the car was given a satisfactory report! I had NO issues with the car (no engine lights, dashboard lights, etc...) NO issues until the oil change and then the car would not start! It had to be towed from their parking lot, so damage was done there! The inspection by the ASE Master certified technician was done on 5/21/and then the oil change was done on 5/23/Regardless of the mileage on the car, the car was running perfectly fine until the oil change! To Whom It May Concern, Please allow this letter to serve as a response to the above referenced matterThe vehicle in the complaint had the oil changed at the above locationMs [redacted] brought the car into our business on May 23, which she had purchased three days earlierThe car had 113,miles on it when arrived at Pit Pros on May 23, Ms [redacted] left the car at our business for an oil change to be performedWe performed a standard oil change on the car and parked the car in our parking lot for her to pick upWe have no knowledge of any prior service on the vehicle before it arrived at our business and therefore do not feel responsible for the damage on this high mileage vehicleOur technicians performed a standard oil change and did not touch or perform service on any other part of the vehicleMs [redacted] contacted our business and left messages however her messages indicated the matter was personal and not related to businessNot knowing who the individual was and the fact that she indicated the matter was personal prompted Pit Pros to not return the call under further investigation could be performed

*** ***, I have e-mailed MrMoorehead twice with the offer to refund the difference between a regular oil change and a synthetic oil change, (approx 25.50) as of today (4-6-17) we have had no reply. Pit Pros of Round Rock

Miss *** is not qualified to tell if she needs new windshield wipersOnly a qualified state inspector can make that judgementAs to what Hyundai was looking at it is not for me to sayAfter I asked Ms*** for her receipt she regressed into a very aggressive person and started to use
the worst kind of filthy language and that is where our communication stoppedHad she been civil and showed the proper paperwork we would have been more than happy to accommodate her requestI do not believe any situation warrants using the language that this lady used

I am rejecting this response because: The response that the business gave was absolutely not true I did not become aggressive when I was asked for my receipt The owner ask for my receipt and I showed it to him and he yelled at me telling me that that was not my receiptI said yes sir that's all I have He kept arguing with me and yelling at me that was not my receipt and I told him that's all I had He's the one that was aggressive, he grab the paperwork out of my hands and wouldn't give it back to me I looked at him and ask him if he treated all his customers like this I could not believe the way I was being treatedI finally reached over the gate that he was behind and grabbed my paperwork back and left I did raise my voice with him and it's only because he kept interrupting me And I was talking over himThis is absolutely the truthI have never ever been treated this way before and I was very shocked .I'm very respectful to people that I deal with like that After all you don't get anything accomplished by treating somebody rudely And in no way did I use abusive language This is very upsetting to me that someone running a business would talk to the customers in this maner, and then lie about it and trying to pin on the customerAnd he said the customer has no knowledge of weather they need Windsheld wipers are not I have had my Windshield wipers replaced before and I don't believe there was anything wrong with them when I went to Pit Pros I was told over the phone that I would be reimbursedActually the real issue here is the way the owner treated me and then turning around and blameing it on me.

I am rejecting this response because:  In my opinion the owner is being very defensive, and is  only being accusive towards me. I am not an aggressive person at all, and didn't use filthy language. I am not a lier, and would Never try and get someones business in trouble. The way that he yelled at me and treated me was very upsetting.   When I walked in there, I wasn't sure that I was in the right place. I asked if  I was in the right place,and he said it's fine, I'm the owner. He had a blank look on his face. Perhaps he was having a bad day, that's the nicest thing he said to me. He was the aggressor. He yelled at me, not just raised he voice,He yelled at me telling me that I didn't have all the paperwork. He snatched my paperwork from me, hid it behind his back and wouldn't return it when I asked. And told me that he would Not replace my wipers. I had also called the police, and spoke with Sargent Uyrig. and he told me that there has been lots of complaints on him about the way that he speaks with people. I also called DPS, and [redacted] returned my call, then came to my home to look at my wipers. He looked at them for a while and said they were good and nothing was wrong with them.   So I tend to think that my wipers weren't replaced by Pit Pros.
