We had our house Piered in 2012 and now in 2015, our foundation has gotten worse. We called to have it adjusted and the Manager has been so rude and verbally gone off on my mother. To have a person interrupt and not answer questions and say "So you want to bump people in line so that we can fix your problem, is that what you want" Is unacceptable. He even said that nobody but the homeowner, my mother, should be present. How can he tell us who can and cannot be at our house!!! We will be taking this complaint to corporate and if we need to, the media! I refuse to see my mother in tears due to olshans employing [redacted].

Southwest Olshan Foundation Repair was sold and the new owner SA Structural Repair Solutions agreed to assume all warranty's that were previously issued by Southwest Olshan Foundation Repairs prior to 2011. document that explains that his warranty will still be valid and that SA Structural Repairs Solutions DBA Olshan will assume the warranty upon him signing the warranty acknowledgement. We are not asking him to sign a new contract or are we asking him to change the warranty that he currently has, just that the company is under new ownership and that there are a few terms and conditions that the new owner is asking for example upon sale of the home, SA Structural Repair Solutions performs a warranty transfer inspection and that in order to transfer the warranty to the new property owners that a fee of $100 is paid. As soon as we receive the signed warranty acknowledgement document back from Mr. [redacted], the office will schedule a technician to go look at Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and if found that the pilings that Mr. [redacted] paid for need adjusting, SA Structural Repair Solutions will adjust the piling under the warranty. Attached is the document that needs to be signed by Mr. [redacted] so that SA Structural Repair Solutions can honor the piling warranty on his property.
