An associate with Olson contacted my place of employment. When conducting my job duties, she became extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up.
An associate with Olson contacted my place of employment and while conducting my job duties and asking her thorough questions, she became extremely rude. I explained that if and when she could find out the required information, we would be more than happy to help her out. She became ignorant, rude and hostile, stating, "Just send me to someone." When I explained I wasn't able to do so, she stated, "Real professional" and hung up. This individual calls on a daily basis, refuses to give her name or employer.
