Olson & Company was hired by my old company to prepare taxes. We are now being audited and Olson & company won't respond to calls or emails to help.
I received a letter from the State of Colorado stating that I owe $[redacted]. Olson & Company prepared the taxes and now refuse to help resolve the issue. I have emailed a couple of time and called everyday for the last 2 months. Every call I have left a message to call me back with no response. I now have more than $[redacted]0 in additional penalties since they won't return my calls.
