We had spoken with this customer regarding the sunroom months ago We completed a punch list and then they disputed it with the lender [redacted] *** There were more punch list items requested which we took care of, and then they put in a second dispute with *** *** We took care of the final concerns and thought the issues had been resolvedThe client made all payments including the final check that was due The customer has not notified us of any warranty or glass issues since that time I did send the receipt from [redacted] to the customer showing that the warranty had been purchased I will check into the matter with [redacted] because they have not sent us the email verification of purchase from the protection company to forward to the customer The customer reviewed all specs before building the sunroom The customer signed off upon completion of the room and the room passed all inspections and received an Use & Occupancy permit from the appropriate county There are all kinds of different "glasses" We do not recommend putting regular glass in that area of the room due to its weight This is what we use in all of our installed rooms w/o incident If the customer would like some other type of glass installed, (which we do not recommend unless it is tempered) they must incur the cost of having that work done themselves

I am sorry for the confusion and poor communication.  Clearly we failed to provide the expected level of service in this instance.  I will send the check out today and it should be received within the specified time period.
