Subject: Rebuttal for Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] Hi ***Thanks for getting back to me!Here is my rebuttal to the response from the business:Brian O [redacted] sent me a letter before I contacted the Revdex.com and it said he wouldn't honor the fence warranty because he said my compliant was about a design change and not a faulty fenceThe fence was not built to the specs in the quote he gave me and is not acknowledging the year warranty on the fence stated in the quoteHis response is grossly insufficientThe fence posts were only in the ground 2-inches instead of the specified standard of 6+" and some posts don't even have cement in themThere is no way this fence is secure, properly installed, or adequate to any professional builder/contractor standard for installing fencesIn my complaint, I am willing to reduce the cost of the refund to less than the actual amount I had to pay Olson's Outdoor Improvements, even at my own expense to have to spend additional funds to fix his incompetent errors, and still insist on a refundI gave Brian O [redacted] the opportunity to honor his warranty and just come fix the fence, in which he ignored my communications and finally had someone from his office send me a letter that did not address any of my concerns or questions.Please let me know if you need additional information from me.Thanks,

I met Mrs*** after I did ad estimate at a neighbors house, she asked for one as wellThere are many things in Mrs***s email that are fictitious
Before I even had a chance to respond to Mrs*** I receieved this email
We have an appointment this weekend eithet Friday or Saturday
morning, if at which point I feel im at fault I will give a refubd, if not we fix any issues
The most important part is the estimate that I will attach clearly showing the roof job cost $400, including materialsI wil attach a copy

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: We have not met with Olsons Outdoor Improvements yet We have an appointment scheduled for this Friday, December 18, for Olsons to come inspect the work they completed We had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday, December at 9am, however Olsons was a no show We contacted Olsons at 915am when nobody arrived to check on when they would be arriving We were told they were on an emergency job from a downed tree and would get back to us This was at 920am There was no further communication from Olsons despite repeated attempts on our part to contact them Olsons finally responded at 245pm, when Brian had one of his employees, Daley, contact us We set up the appointment for this Friday December through Brian's employee Daley.
We initially contacted Brian about the issues with the work completed at our house on Tues Dec via a phone call We sent him pictures as requested via text message the evening of Dec Brian responded with a couple of text messages on Wednesday morning around 7am, saying he would schedule somebody to come look at the work We told him we were available Thurs and Fri Despite repeated requests to contact Olsons, there was no response, and we filed the complaint with Revdex.com on Friday afternoon, figuring Olsons was not going to follow up or respond If Olsons had communicated with us on scheduling follow up to the identified issues, we would not have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com
In regards to the original estimate for the roof, we misquoted the price The price for roof installation and materials was originally $400, but after part of job was completed, price was changed to $by Olsons because we requested that price be adjusted for the roof individually Job was bid as a package job, but all work was not completed at same time Everything but roof was completed, and we were concerned that Olsons would not come back for roof for only $ Olsons adjusted the price to make us feel more comfortable, which we appreciated.*** ***
