We would like to reponse to this complaintOn May 8, we went to the house of *** *** * *** *** *** to start up her irrigation system , all valves were filled with mulch , we cleaned out (4) valves , this took our crew (2) hoursOn June 10, we went back
cleaned out (2) valves , filled with mulch replaced valves that were stuck in roots , this took our crew (2) hoursOn June 14, our crew went through her system replaced (2) spray head/(2) nozzels Found and fixed bad wire, this took our crew (1.5) hours On July went back to reset clock and discovered stuck valves (1/2) hoursOn July 12, we were told door open when we arrived door was not open zone was not stuck on (Minutes) Our time to resolve this problem is (hours) we normally charge $per hour which would come to $ New Valve is $each (50.00) we never billed forWe only billed her labor $ parts spray heads and nozzels, which she refuses to payThe Bills should have been $ When riding by her house we noticed her grass is still green.Thank you for your time and consideration*** *** , Owner
