The fence installed in October 2015 was installed improperly and against specifics in the attached quote.
Specific issues of services not rendered are: 1) not all posts have concrete poured in them, 2) posted are not set in the
ground 22 1/2 inches, 3) the posts today are barely in the ground 5-6 inches and have minimal to no concrete
securing it in place.
I have had multiple highly qualified contractors review the work done by Olson's Outdoor Improvements and have commented how the fence is not secure or set in to industry standards for installing a fence. After asking Brian O and company to come repair the fence by reinstalling posts to the appropriate depth in the ground, with adequate concrete pours, and on top of the retaining wall, he claimed this was a design request change. The quote for the fence came with a 15 year warranty, yet his response letter to me claimed the fence now only have a 5 year warranty. Regardless of this poor business practice to honor his own initial warranty, the fence has not even been installed for 2 years yet. I do not trust this business owner to make industry standard repairs or to have honorable business practices, so at this time, I would just like a refund so I can hire a professional company to correct Olson's Outdoor Improvements' poor work quality.

Subject: Rebuttal for Revdex.com Complaint #***Hi ***Thanks for getting back to me!Here is my rebuttal to the response from the business:Brian O sent me a letter before I contacted the Revdex.com and it said he wouldn't honor the fence warranty because he said my compliant was about a design change and not a faulty fence. The fence was not built to the specs in the quote he gave me and is not acknowledging the 15 year warranty on the fence stated in the quote. His response is grossly insufficient. The fence posts were only in the ground 2-3 inches instead of the specified standard of 6+" and some posts don't even have cement in them. There is no way this fence is secure, properly installed, or adequate to any professional builder/contractor standard for installing fences. In my complaint, I am willing to reduce the cost of the refund to less than the actual amount I had to pay Olson's Outdoor Improvements, even at my own expense to have to spend additional funds to fix his incompetent errors, and still insist on a refund. I gave Brian O the opportunity to honor his warranty and just come fix the fence, in which he ignored my communications and finally had someone from his office send me a letter that did not address any of my concerns or questions.Please let me know if you need additional information from me.Thanks
