I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below MrO [redacted] was given ample time to respond to our phone calls inquiring when he would finish the jobYes he did come to the house on may 9th to "measure" for material and we did not hear from him until after I sent text and he finally answered phone and rather than address the issue as a professional, he chose another route and that is why his business was picketedMrO [redacted] should refund $.3,as estimates to finish his work and correct issues are between $and $Also there are code violations found by sandy creek code enforcement A copy of these will gladly be furnished Regards, [redacted] ***

Mike called to respond: on the code violations: the "no trap" is because it's a double wide house and it would freeze under the houseHe knew about that.Exhaust fan- they knew it was going to be addressed in the punch listJunction box cover- I apparently missed the box cover for the junction box.All of these issues were to be addressed on the punch list

Mike called to respond to the complaintHe stated: I was more than happy and willing to address the punch list until the consumer went to all agencies and picketed in front of my home, scaring my family, texting me at late hours, and having us contact the sheriffWe did address the punch list
verbally, at his home, prior to Memorial Day weekend and then the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, before I had given him a date to perform the punch listAt this point after all that has occurred, and receiving his certified letter stating has attorney shall be contacting me regarding the matter, I am waiting to hear from his attorney so my attorney may address the matter with him directly

Mr. O[redacted] was given ample time to respond to our phone calls inquiring when he would finish the job. Yes he did come to the house on may 9th to "measure" for material and we did not hear from him until after I sent text and he finally answered phone and rather than address the issue as a professional,  he chose another route and that is why his business was picketed. Mr. O[redacted] should refund $.3,000 as estimates to finish his work and correct issues are between $2500 and $3800 . Also there are 3 code violations found by sandy creek code enforcement.  A copy of these will gladly be furnished.  Regards, [redacted]
