radius not 10 driving miles. Internet lawyers This person call us about 15 to 20 mins after her car was towed and was yelling & cussing at us. That night we had a new dispatcher working so he thought since he had spoke with the owner of the car there was no reason to call it in because she know we had her car,.. So after talking to her a couple of times and she didn't get her way she called and filed a illegal police report that her car was stolen when she knew all along that it was tow. Its funny to me how she does not mention why her car was towed & that her car is not registered, she has no insurance and the reason her car isn't registered is because she like to run the bridge tolls so she cant register her car.    We still have her car and she is NOT getting it back for free. She can take us to court no problem. I look forward to it. We have never lost in court yet. You know why because we are not doing any thing illegal.

[redacted] We do private property towing, So we are always the bad guys. People don't want to take responsibility for there own actions. They want to blame someone else. So when there vehicle gets towed its always the tow companies fault.People don't realize that either...

the manager or the security company are the ones who call us & signs for the vehicle to be towed. We don't just drive around & tow cars for no reason. Every car we tow is photographed, logged & reported to the local law enforcement. When someone's vehicle has been towed all the owner of the vehicle has to do is have proof of ownership, have a valid California drivers license or ID card, pay the fees and off they go. But no all they want to do is argue, yell, cuss and threaten us. I tell them all if they feel that they was towed illegally then they can take us to small clams court. We have told the owner of the car from day one that all he has to do is pay the fee & show hes the owner of the car & he can have it. Its that simple.I am done with this complaint. I have wasted enough of my time with him calling us 15 times a day & his threats. I am over it & please don't bother me with this anymore

doesnt know them or the consumer made a false identity... but NOPE, it's him alright.I read other complaints and he says its a "different" Extreme Towing.  Claims he has no affiliation, however has the exact email address as the company he claims not to be.He victimizes people with unlawful tows in conjunction with crooked and harassing Property Managers that just have vehicles plucked out of spots for personal reasons.  Those too just enjoy circumventing ALL the laws.  And regularly brakes all Vehicle Codes & Laws to help assist him in Vehicle Embezzlement.  He has 2 Extreme Performance Towing, looks like an attempt to start over. He is very aggressive and verbally abusive.  I witnessed him threatening a woman that has had 2 of her cars towed by this "Bandit" predictor.  He screamed to SHUT UP, OR I'LL KNOW YOUR A** TO THE GROUND.  This was alarming to all that watched and was ready to call the police.  A colleague but not friend that has a tow store area, says this is off putting and has know idea why he causes so much trouble and police are there too often. I am rejecting this response because: The response is blatantly false. I did NOT call the tow company. I had several friends helping me try to locate my car that night, but none of them told me they located it, so a police report was filed when the car was not reported in. Additionally I DO have insurance, not sure where this company gets its information. Additionally, I was illegally charged a lien fee when the car was there for less than 72 hours. I was also forced to pay part of the fee in cash, and was not given any report, pictures or any information as to WHY my car was towed, further supporting the fact that this was an ILLEGAL tow. The man was very aggressive and hostile with me and I was forced to call the Sheriff while I was there in order to get him to release my vehicle to me. I have never in my life interacted with a more unprofessional person or business. It was absolutely appalling. Their business address does not even match where the tow lot was.

I have wasted more time & energy on this guy [redacted] who parked his truck in a handicap parking space & hung up a expired handicap placard and folded it in a way so you couldn't see that it was expired. That alone shows he know what he was doing was wrong. Besides that there were plenty of open spaces he could have parked in. All this other stuff he is claiming has nothing to do with his truck being tow. [redacted] say what you will but bottom line if you would not have parked your truck in a handicap parking space with a expired handicap placard none of this would have happened. People never stop failing to amaze me. Ya her car was parked in her apartment complex but I like how she doesn't tell you where it was parked. I guess she thinks she special and doesn't have to follow the rules and she can park her car anywhere she wants. She was parked in an other tenants...

ASIGNED covered parking space, Our contract says that a resident can call & have a vehicle removed from there assigned parking space if they have there lease that shows there parking space number & an ID that match's, Its not our responsibility to notify them and beside that how do we know who's car it is and there phone number. I mean come on really. Just park in your own assign parking space & this wouldn't have happened. I love how people don't want to take responsibility for there own actions  anymore. Its always someone else's fault. She must not have read the hole part about the 10 miles away. Its not ten driving miles its a ten mile radius. That mean the way the birds fly or a straight line. The best part is this happened 8 months ago and she is now just filing a complaint.

I am sorry its funny how people think we just drive in a parking lot and pick a car and tow it away. We are called out by the management to tow a car away. I could sit here and address everything she wrote about but it wouldn't do any good. She still find something to complain about....

People need to understand we just don't go someone car we have to have a manager authorization to tow a car. some times a manager will use us as a scapegoat. because they don't want to have to deal with a crazy tenant.  im not saying that's the case here but it does happen. Bottom line your car was towed for a reason, we had authorization to tow it, If you fill wronged by all means take us to court,

address listed in the complaint. We do not do any public towing, so I know for sure it isn't our company. Unfortunately this isn't the first customer that has come to our towing company thinking we are them. We hear horror stories about how they illegally tow peoples vehicles all the time. Our names are similar, but we only do junk car towing for large companies. No public towing. I hope your clients gets the answers they deserve.

By California law I am required to have picture proof that I was in a tow area. When I had called tow company for proof. I started getting yelled at and said they would not send it and hung up. They were told by highway patrol that day that the truck they were using a white u marked no license stickers of tow yard on vehicle was illegal to tow vehicles with and towing cars to a lot that is not there tow yard and charging people to get there car from the lot was illegal and they were asked to move all vehicles from there. Yesturday morning on 9/6/17 the tow company had come back with the same unmarked vehicle and I followed to find them towing the cars back to the same lot they were told not to. Have picture proof vehicles were towed not to a tow yard with unmarked tow truck.

I am rejecting this response because: in order to tow a vehicle off private property you need to abide by the laws set forth by 22658 civil code. You had multiple errors and you know this because after I pointed them out you made every attempt to correct them and congratulations to that end of things. The bigger problem is you made no attempt to verify this tow was legally do e so you can file what you want but the fact remains you are not allowed to remove any vehicle off private property without making sure you did it in a correct and legal manner. And as for you claim as to a stolen vehicle you can't steal your own property moreover after explaining to your son the multiple violations and the foreseeable lawsuit he decided to release my vehicle additionally I wouldn't sign any paperwork if any one from your organization presented me with it. Last but no least I've been home and I've been parked in my same parking spot. I suggest you learn the laws governing your field of business. Finally I encourage you to file what ever you like I have voicemails and videos along with facts of how you improperly towed multiple vehicles. The property manager has amended your contract based solely on the mistakes you made. Your presence on the property has been very limited because you don't follow the law!
