I spent $164 on shoes that were supposed to be 'like walking on sand.' It might be black top or cement, but it certainly isn't sand. It was ok for the first couple of week, but I'm very disappointed in my shoes. I contacted the company after having them 6 weeks (passed the free 30-day return), and of course, they weren't helpful.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 6 weeks ago. They use a fake shipping firm spaceon express that gives a delivery exception and has no contact capability. Seller tried blaming ME for a faulty address and phone number (which it wasn’t). Will have to report fraud to the credit card.

I ordered Dec. 11, and it's now Dec. 30th. Tried contacting Olukai Factory outlet 5 times with no response. One of the email adresses I used from paypal has been disabled. The tracking number is fake. Please do no attempt to order from this online store.

I ordered a pair of slippers from Olukai and waited 12 days for them to ship them to me. Unfortunately I had to exchange them for a larger size. I dropped the return pair off two days ago and finally just recieved a shipping notification with an estimated delivery of 6 days from now. Overall I will have waited 20 days for a pair of slippers when this is all said and done, seems ridiculous this day in age. I hope the new pair fits. I contacted customer service and of course they don't answer their phone, so I have been corresponding with them via email and messenger. Unfortunately they only respond ever 24 hours. Oberall this has been an annoying experience. Hopefully they are worth the money. If they hadn't bombarded my social media with ads for the past two years I probably wouldn't have bought them. Seems about right, spend loads of money blowing up people social media pages with ads and then choose the ablsolute slowest shipping speed when they finally buy your overpriced product.

I ordered shoes a month ago two three separate orders. One of the orders for the Paniolo shoes I never received. When I did a little research, I found they had the wrong tracking number on the order. They apparently put a tracking number on one I already received and it showed delivered because it was delivered. Then a different order has a PENDING status so apparently they never assigned the correct shows to the correct fedex tracking. I cannot reach anyone no matter how I try. I guess I will have to dispute the charges with the bank, I don't know what else to do?

I am at whit's end. I ordered a pair of flip flops several weeks ago. Before shipping Olukai sent me an email verifying shipment. I noted that on the notice they listed a wrong shipping address . The address listed was never used on my initial order no is it on my credit card. It apparently came for an error at Olukai. I promptly called their only published phone number and was informed that they do not answer it. I left a message about the error as instructed. I never received a reply. On July 21st FedEx informed me that my package was delivered. Guess what ? It was sent and delivered to the address Olukai picked for me and not the one on my order or charge card. Since July 21st I have sent 10 emails and made 3 phone calls to the company. No one apparently is there. Someone out there has my sandals but no one at Olukai apparently cares.

OluKai has directly addressed this matter with the consumer.  He has informed us that he is happy, satisfied and that we have rectified the situation.

I have two pair of the basic Olukai flip flops and love the way they feel and really support my arch and heel as I have problems with plantar fasciitis, HOWEVER, they leave the bottom of my feet black. WHATS UP? Please fix this in your manufacturing of these shoes.

Review: Toe strap in flip flops have broken. I've emailed twice, and haven't received any response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: New flip flops or refund.
