I placed an order for a $30 bicycle light on Feb 1. I received a confirmation that my order was received and my credit card was charged. On March 1 I received an email letting me know that the COVID pandemic had slowed deliveries. Since then, I have requested delivery status several times with no answer. I assume the firm is still in business because their website is actively taking orders. But I can't get a reply to my emails.

I ordered the "Smart Bike Light" on 2/16/2020. Order #4036. They have never sent the product. They have responded to (1) of many emails that I have sent. Many others have had the same problem. At first they blamed the virus on the delay. But they have never responded after that one email.

Purchased an item from this company on 2/11/20. Contacted them on 3/21/20 asking for shipping up date. Received reply saying due to COVID they are delayed on production but assured me I will receive the product. After this fate I have contacted them on 4/6, 4/21, 4/27, 5/5 via email. No response. 5/13 called but phone rang a few times and went dead. I've filed claim with my credit card company requesting a dispute.

I purchased a product from Olumins in Feb 2020, Three months later, I have yet to receive it.

I requested a followup a week later as I noticed no movement in my order. They claim that the delay is COVID19-related.

A month later, I send another followup email, but they did not reply. Another month later, I send another with no response to that.

I'm not the only one, as evident to the many dissatisfied customers on their *** page.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible and should not be allowed to continue selling their products online.
