Olympia Eye Clinic, Inc., P.S.*** *** ** ** *** ** *** *** *** ***November 23, 2016*** *** Revdex.com** *** *** *** ** ***Dear *** ***:I am in receipt of your e-mail concerning the below referenced ID numberI am the clinic manager for Olympia Eye Clinic, Inc., PS, Professional Optical, dba Olympia Eye Clinic Inc., PS and Olympia Eye Clinic and Laser Center On November 2, customer id# *** (assigned by Revdex.com) was seen in our optical shop to place an order for a new left lens, she provided her own frame (purchase date unknown) and it was sent to the lab with the order During the lens mounting process the frame she provided was broken She was advised of this and the lab offered to cover the cost of a similar frame She insisted that she wanted the same frame, which according to my optical manager is no longer available and did not wish to select another She was unsatisfied (wanted to see if she could find the same frame elsewhere) and requested a refund for the left lens she ordered, which was promptly given In summary, she has been offered the opportunity to select a similar frame, which the lab would cover the cost of I am not sure if they offered to cover the cost of the right lens, but this is something we would cover if they did notThere would still be the cost for the original left lens that was refunded This offer must be done through our optical shop and the lab we use We are still happy to make good on our offer, if done within the next days If I can provide any additional information, please feel free to contact me directly.
