Review: I took a mortgage with Olympia mortgage located Brooklyn ny in 2002 I did a refiance in 2004 and they failed to file a satisfaction of mortgage with office of the city register of the city of new york0on 3-**-04of amount of $272928.31 and I am selling my house and HAB BANK of NEW YORK IS MAKING ISSUE OF this close the saleDesired Settlement: hab bank of new York is holding the closing
