Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: There was not any name calling and there were certainly not any threats made That is preposterous We simply made repeated attempts to get our money back in accordance with the Olympia Prep website which states "Upon completion of the 1st round your student will qualify for our 100% money back guarantee" They promise to improve the students ACT score by points or refund the full amount we paid upfront If there is fine print somewhere that outlines further terms and conditions we cannot find it The larger issue however is that Olympia Prep did not provide the service we paid for and we are dissatisfied The course was poorly organized and not effective so we have no interest in sending our daughter back for more.Therefore we are pursuing our right to file this complaint with the Revdex.com in hopes of warning others of this advertisingSincerely, [redacted] ***

I don't agree with Mr***’s need to stoop to name calling and will focus on limiting my response to simple facts and details of our past communication We offer a refund policy for customers that qualify Mr*** does not yet qualify based on the terms he agreed to at registration
I have attempted to help him meet the qualifications but he refuses to take the additional steps needed to qualify for the refund he wants.Our terms and conditions state that we need national ACT tests submitted to us following our program and that the student must complete all their tutoring hours This is a simple policy to ensure students fully utilize what is paid for I have told Mr*** that he does not qualify for the refund because he has not submitted the tests after the program (he has submitted zero tests to us despite repeated requests for the actual test scores) and his daughter has not completed her tutoring He has not contested these two items, and instead has focused on name calling and threats of defamation.I hope Mr*** will complete the requirements we hold all customers to, at which point we will happily refund him according to our terms If Mr*** submits ACT tests from after our program (along with a baseline test before our program) and has his daughter complete her remaining tutoring hours, we are happy to honor our refund policy as always
