Review: I purchased and paid for via my debit card two round trip tickets from the [redacted] Airport to Midtown Manhattan, New York. Although I received an e-mail confirming that I had paid for the tickets and my bank account was debited $56 for the tickets using Booking Reference : [redacted], I never received the promise follow up e-mail from [redacted] which was supposed to include what I needed to give the [redacted] bus driver to be able to board the bus from the airport so that we could travel and use the fares that I had paid for. This e-mail was to arrive within two hours of the [redacted] e-mail but never did arrive, despite my calling and leaving messages with [redacted] four times and sending two separate e-mails informing them of the situation. When we got to [redacted] (I live in Nebraska) we showed the bus driver our reference number and that we had paid the fares but he said we had to have the [redacted] e-mail and ticket attachment and we did not so we had to buy two new round trip fares for $56. I never got the fares that I paid for. I have sent more e-mails and made more phone calls but have yet to get any type of response from [redacted]Desired Settlement: To be credited back what I paid immediately with an apology for what they have put me through. This company obviously has no concern for the anxiety they caused me. I left e-mails expressing my worry and concern about not having tickets and they ignored me. I feel this company has no concern for its customers whatsoever. When I spoke to the reservations line and actually talked to a person instead of a recording/voicemail, she told me she couldn't help me and sent me onto the voice mail I'd already been connected to previously.

My husband and I purchased a return bus ticket for the Newark Airport Express on Nov 1 for $28 each. We were planning on taking the return bus at 5:30pm on Nov 4 from the port authority station so that we could reach the airport in time for an 8:10pm flight. We waited an hour and no bus showed up. There was an employee from your company at the stop and she was nice but had no idea when the bus would show up. At 6:35pm we got desperate and took a cab to the airport. The cab cost us $77. Kindly refer to the attached receipt for proof odour transaction. I have left numerous voicemails and [redacted] for the company and have heard no response.Desired Settlement: Please refund the return portion of our two tickets ($28). Please let me know if you require any further information.

Review: I have called this company numerous times. They never call back when you leave a voice mail. I finally spoke with someone who told me to send in the unused ticket and I would get a refund. The history with the ticket is that I told the attendant I needed to go to PENNSYLVANIA. He issued the ticket at the counter at Newark Airport but when I got outside and talked to the bus driver, he told me the bus doesnt even go to PA!! Horrible, horrible service! I shouldnt have to chase these people for my money back. I mailed them the ORIGINAL ticket along with a letter explaining the situationDesired Settlement: REFUND MY MONEY FOR GOD SAKE! $17.00

Review: I bought a bus ticket for travel from Manhattan to Newark Liberty International Airport on Saturday, June 28, 2014. On the webpage for the bus service, http://www.coachusa.com/olympia/ss.newarkairport.asp, it states that "Buses come to every stop every 15 minutes during the day, 365 days a year (departures every 30 minutes before 6:45 AM and after 11:15 PM)!" I went to the Bryant park bus stop, to the location described on the webpage, on Saturday June 28 at about 6:30pm. I saw one of the buses pass the stop as I was on my way there, and I waited with several other customers, so I know that it was the correct stop. No buses came for an hour. All of the customers left, and I had to buy a very expensive taxi ride to the airport instead. I called their phone number and left a message with my name, number, and complaint, asking for a refund. They have not returned my call as of July 16.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund for my ticket because their bus never came, causing me to pay for an expensive taxi ride and nearly miss my international flight.

Review: I purchased a round trip ticket from [redacted] to the Port Authority for $28. My business trip was delayed and I didn't return back to the airport on the day I was going to return. Instead I returned with a friend in her car and did not use the full price of my ticket. When I called and spoke with [redacted], the gentleman I spoke with said to wait a day or two for it to register that I didn't return so when I called for the refund, they could easily find it. I called back twice and left two messages last week. This week the numbers I have to call are disconnected or ring like a circuit busy or a fax machine. I sent an email as well with no reply. I would like my credit card refunded for the return trip I paid for but did not use.Desired Settlement: Refund on my credit card
