Our policy is that we receive product back in our warehouse prior to issuing a refundAs this was never in the customer's possession we are going to contact her today to begin the refund processOnce we initiate the refund, it can take to business days for it to appear on her cardThat delay is on the credit card company side but it will be resolved in our system immediately.*** ***Product and Training Manager

It is our intention to resolve this situation as amicably and swiftly as possible, as our customers are always our number one priority.The *** attempted to deliver this package on March 12, but was unable to reach the recipient, so they left a notice stating they had been thereSince then, they have attempted to redeliver the order twice, but it was refused both times.We understand that Ms*** no longer wants the product and we will be happy to issue her a refund as soon as the product is returned to usAlthough this is not our return policy, we are making an exception in this case in order to accommodate her request.We have communicated to Ms*** that we will issue her refund of $to her credit card as soon as we receive the productI’ve also provided her with my contact information in case she has more questions or concerns

I no longer believe what this company is saying.  They have not been working in good faith.  I telephoned them on March 27th in an attempt to follow up with this Company on whether they received the package back from [redacted], twice, and they never returned my call.I don't see why I need to wait for my refund when clearly they have the package and I never had the package.  According to the Tracking number on the [redacted] website this package has been in Transit back to them since 3/16/2015.  According to my telephone conversation with the Manager of the [redacted].  Mr. [redacted], on 3/27 he is certain that this package had been "scanned" and is in Transit to Olympian Labs.  They are "intentionally" holding up my refund and regardless of Policy, I have every right to refuse an item especially after the "nasty" treatment I received from their employee, and since I never received any products from them.  I feel like I have been fleeced by this company.  I have serious TRUST ISSUES where this company is concerned.  No other company I have ever dealt with had ever refused to send me my refund.  This company lacks "Good Quality Service".  I am applaud at this level of Customer Service.  I wouldn't except a product from them if I was dying and their product could save my life, that is how despicable I see this company.The only closure and satisfaction I can accept from this company is the "IMMEDIATE RETURN" OF MY MONEY.   This is a nightmare and I want to put this terrible experience behind be and I want Consumers to see this company for what they are before they consider purchasing any products from them.

The first complaint was left in the hopes that the above company would refund my money back to me and they have made absolutely no move to do that. I should receive this refund since I don't have this order nor did I every have it. The proof is on the Website of the [redacted], tracking #[redacted]. I called the [redacted]e this morning at 9:20AM and spoke to the Manager, Mr. [redacted] who assured me that this package was sent back to the sender. You can also see by the [redacted] website that this package is now in Transit, back to the sender. I telephoned the above company today, in good faith, to followup with them on whether or not they received this package at 9:20 Am and then an hour later, 10:20 Am. I left a message Both Times stating that I was following up on the receipt of my package back to them. The never returned my call. It is now quite clear to me that this company is not making much of an attempt to settle this situation with integrity and honesty. As it stands they have robbed me of $56.93 and have not settled this. I am on a fixed income and I am a senior citizen and for a company to refuse to reimburse me for a product that I clearly did not receive falls under the category of being "Dishonest and lacking Ethics". I am still seeking the return of my refund and I would like this complaint to be made Public so that other consumers can be made aware of the unorthodox practice of this company.
I want my $56.93 returned to me immediately, because they have their product back. It is in the hands of the [redacted] not mine and I want this settled now. It is not necessary for me to wait because the [redacted], according to their website clearly shows that this is in Transit back to them.

We apologize for any perceived rudeness on the part of our customers service representative. No rudeness perceived or otherwise was intended. Our attempt to deliver the product through [redacted] met with problems, apparently there are difficulties delivering to her address in New York City and...

we re-routed this through the [redacted]e. We attempted to give the customer an accurate picture of the delivery time, but it took longer than we anticipated.We did give the customer the tracking information, but once it went from [redacted] to the [redacted]e, it became hard to track online. We had to call the post office directly in order to gets updates for her. We understand that this can be frustrating for the customer and we are sorry she had such a difficult experience. This is an extremely rare exception dealing with Olympian Labs were we pride ourselves on our customer service.We have already communicated to the customer on 3/17 and were told that she had requested the product be returned to us. Once we initiate the refund, it can take 7 to 10 business days for it to appear on her card.
