I would give Olympic air conditioning a - Mrm [redacted] is not a licensed contractor also when he installed my unit into thousand it was defective because he bought it from a public place and also accused me of letting Freon out DO NOt just this man or company It is a total rip offMm

Someone called me even though I'm on do not call listI asked for their business address and the caller would not give it to me even though they are required to per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and said to hold for her supervisor, but I was hung up on I called back to get their answering machine and left a message at approximately 4:40PM on 1/24/I asked that the owner call me so that I can receive their Do Not Call policy I also stated to put me on their do not call list I tried to call back again and some guy got on the phone cursing and saying that this is his personal phone # and not a business, but the phone number matches their website phone # (and when I 1st left a message on their answering machine it said this is Olympic Air Conditioning) Customers need to beware of this business as they are breaking the law calling a Do Not Call #, and then having some guy curse at you

I personally started using Olympic Air about 5 years ago. I have 2 AC Units on my home and [redacted] came out to service them the first time. He was very professional, courteous and informative. [redacted] has been the one to service my units ever since I first used his company.
My father's AC Unit blew up last week and Olympic Air was the first person I thought of. My father had all ready called 2 other AC companies and got quotes from them before I mentioned Olympic to him. My father called Olympic any ways and then called me back excitedly saying [redacted] had beat the other companies prices and not only that...he was all ready on his way over! Within hours, my dad had a new Brand Name unit on his home and my father was extremely pleased. [redacted] cleaned up his mess and hauled away all the trash.
I couldn't be more please with Olympic Air! I appreciate their prompt service and the feeling you get with their business. This company makes you feel as if they really do care about you! They go the extra mile to make sure you are totally and completely happy before they leave you and they especially make sure you aren't left with any unanswered questions.
I highly recommend Olympic Air Conditioning & Heating to everyone. After all, if I personally have been using them for over 5 years AND recommended them to my own father...how could I not?! They're awesome!!
