This firm painted our house in July and the job was done to our satisfaction Unfortunately, there was some driveway damage due to paint brush cleanup problems APW suggested resealing the whole driveway and they would pay 50% This was done but the 50% refund never arrived despite several e-mail reminders
The contractor brought us a cheque today He was apologetic and blamed himself for neglecting to stay on top of the refund
We are pleased with the resolution and his apology Overall, our experience with this contractor was good
