Olympic Arms Inc

They were notified of my complaint so claiming it is the first contact is not accurate. I have emails and [redacted] communications. I expect a full refund of the charges. Olympic claims I lost the part, I ask them to prove it. Get a sworn statement from the person who recieved the gun, show me filmed footage of the gunsmith working on it, and get recordings of my phone conversations.
 
Since Olympic claims they will not respond further I will simply use that as reason for a charge back with my credit card company.

First of all, let mew be clear that this is the first notification that Olympic Arms has received on this issue. And statement or assertion to the contrary is inaccurate. The handgun in question was returned to us at the factory with missing parts. The customer admitting to having fired the handgun,...

thereby confessing that all the parts were present when the product arrived to him, through his dealer. When [redacted] called, he was advised to clean the firearm which involves user level disassembly that is clearly covered in graphic and text form in the owner's manual. The customer called again and said he could not reassemble the product, at which time we recommended he return to the factory for repair. It was during the initial inspection period that it was discovered by our technician that parts were in fact missing. As a matter of fact, [redacted] admitted that one of the missing parts he could have lost - but refuses to think he could have lost the other. The problem with [redacted]'s assertion, is that the latter part has to be removed to access the former - which means either and/or both could have easily been lost. The missing parts were added, the handgun was reassembled, tested, and found to have functioned flawlessly. It was then that we contacted [redacted] to tell him of the situation and inform him of the missing parts and repairs. The Warranty offered by Olympic Arms does not cover missing parts. We did not charge [redacted] for any labor or repairs costs (which again could have been chargeable as this was not a repair that falls under the advertised warranty). All [redacted] was required to pay was the cost of the missing parts and return shipping. 
This issue was settled with [redacted] and he agreed to pay the charges, and provided a credit card to do so. 
We cannot return his product - as it has already been returned to him. See tracking information below:
