Hi ***,We always allow customers the option to bring their mechanic to our facility to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing *** faxed an estimate from her mechanic after she purchased and picked up the car which were all preventative maintanence items I called
*** shortly after receiving the fax and the first thing I told her was, "bring the car back" I knew she had returned another vehicle from another used car dealer for some kind of issues that she said "they couldn't fix" and I didn't want to be involved with a client that probably will never be happy She said that she didn't want to return the vehicle and I told her every mechanic will point out items that may need to be looked at in the future, but that we don't sell new cars and we make sure the vehicle is in good roadworthy condition The carpets in the vehicle were damp/wet because we just picked up the the vehicle from being detailed/cleaned and the carpets were shampooed At no time, did I ever raise my voice, make any rude or nasty comments, or not let her speak I resent her accusation as I always talk to any clients in a professional manner We actually ended the conversation about *** Insurance sending a corrected ID card and that she was taking care of that.I don't take well to my character being questioned and I vehemently deny her statements about my professionalism....she has outright lied!Sincerely,*** ***

Review: I looked at a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse and was interested in purchasing the car. I spoke to the salesman , [redacted], and asked him if I could take the car to be checked out by my mechanic. He said this would not be possible because the car was not registered and it would be problematic. I explained that I had just had to return a used car I bought from another dealer because of undisclosed information from dealer and did not want to have another problem. He said the mechanic could come there but , as there were no lifts or apparatus to check the car out, it would be useless. I told him I would take the car to my mechanic after purchase and, if there were any issues, would he be willing to fix any problems. He assured me they would stand behind the car mechanically. I took the car to my mechanic the evening I picked it up. After his examination, he found several issues including drive belts badly cracked and needing immediate replacement, timing belt needing to be replaced, valve cover gasket leaking, possible power steering pump leak, both inner tie rods have excessive play and car was flooded (excessive sand in engine compartment, electrical plugs, top of motor, and fire wall.Has excessive rust consistent with flooding, rear carpets soaking wet,gas and brake lines have siginificant rust and a piece of driftwood was lodged in the engine). I faxed the report to [redacted] to see what could be done. When we spoke he screamed at me the entire time, so loudly my work neighbor could hear him, telling me he was not doing anything for me, not fixing anything or taking it back (which I never requested)... this was maintenance. The car was his friend's and it was never flooded. He made several nasty comments and was completely rude and unprofessional. I was barely able to get a word in before he became verbally abusive.Desired Settlement: I had to take the car to my mechanic to be repaired and would like them to cover part of the repairs.

Review: I bought 2010 Infiniti QX56 from Olympic Auto through E-bay Motors on 08/**/13. I have not yet to see the title for the SUV and I have tried my best to resolve the problem with the dealer. I am getting the runarounds from [redacted] and just waiting for someone to do something about it.Desired Settlement: I need the title as soon as possible or refund my hard earned money.
