Contractor Stepas/Olympic Construction/Olympic Roofing/ Olympic Builder --has also a lot of recorded public past open JUDGMENTS.
Mr. Stavros [redacted] was contracted to alter and make additions to my residential house. He demolished my house in five day sby himself (no crew). He did not follow the architect plans & took my deposit lifetime savings. He was not given footing inspection by [redacted] Inspector. He could not continue his work. His alteration & addition project was left with two (2) foundation walls. We were given violation by the [redacted] building department.
DO NOT HIRE.
