The matter is being resolved. We told the customer to get two estimates for the damage and we would pay it. Rick [redacted] who handles damage claims was out of the office after dental surgery or the matter would have been taken care of immediately. We hope this satisfies the customer. Again, we are... sorry for the delay but Rick is the only one with the authority.
