We are sorry that this customer was not satisfied with the boiler installationIf she has elected to have another contractor replace or repair the installation, we will gladly return her deposit upon receiving back the boiler and materials used on the project.She may contact our office to coordinate.Thanks, [redacted] President

An additional problem has surfaced as of 4/2/regarding Complaint # ***. The boiler's GFI electrical box is tripping at least three times a day now. It requires that I manually reset it every time it trips. It is possible that with the change in seasons, the
electrical draw may be too much in addition to my dehumidifier. If that is the case, I will definitely have problems when I turn the air conditioner on in the summer. The electrical draw should have been better calculated by Rusty's upon installation
