You will see the 1st line under "Customer Referral" states: Get your new landscape curbing resealed free 1X (this is where it is stated how many ***es you get a reseal)Also, it states "Just sign your name below as current customer, hand this certificate to a friend who's never done business with us, and have them sign and present it to our Sales Manager upon placing a curbing order with us." At no ***e did he take this step but I did give him reseal for free, which I didn't have too but I went ahead and did so - guess I will learn from this mistake. I'm done discussing this matter with the Revdex.com and with this customer, I will no longer waste any of my ***e doing so so please do not contact me any further. *** ***Owner

We received a call from [redacted] this afternoon along with numerous other calls from [redacted] in the previous weeks regarding the reseal of his curbing.  From the beginning he was instructed that the curbing would be resealed either in July or August, that we do not schedule these types of jobs but...

instead we put them on the end of work days when the crews are on their way back to the shop.  At no [redacted]e during any of the phone calls were we instructed to let him know what day and [redacted]e we would be arriving.Yes, we did have a referral program which was only for 1 referral per customer (not 2) but this program was discontinued this year because some people were taking abusing the program.  This was a business decision for the success of our company and was nothing personal but at no [redacted]e have we ever granted 2 referral discounts to any one customer.  [redacted] was granted 1 referral discount which he received today when we resealed a majority of his curb.During the phone conversation with [redacted] it was explained to him that I would have to wait until my crew got back to the office so I could review the work packet and match it up with the best possible day to finish the reseal with all the other jobs we have on the schedule.  Our work calendar is booked out 2 1/2 to 3 months so I wanted to find a day that we were close to his residence so we could complete asap but that wasn't good enough for [redacted].  He wanted a date right then.  I'm sorry but that isn't the way this company operates, we want to make sure we have all the facts and info before we schedule any job big or small.[redacted] stated that "so, your putting my job on the back burner" which is an insult to me and my company, I was making every attempt to give him the info when the crew got back to the shop and I had [redacted]e to review but that wasn't good enough.  He then stated "why are you yelling" at no [redacted]e was I yelling and I have my office staff as witnesses to prove so.  The person that started yelling was [redacted] and the person who started to use vulgar words was [redacted].  I'm sorry to hear that he is unhappy with the outcome of this situation but I and my staff will not be treated in this manner nor will I allow someone to use the language he did with me.  Even though I don't work customer service everyday I am the owner of Olympic and wish for all my customers to be happy with their product, service and relations with Olympic but I will not tolerate dishonesty, lack of integrity, abuse of my employees and lack of respect.Course of action we will be taking for this case:  We will no longer service [redacted]'s landscaping needs because of the reason's listed above.

I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure how you feel you have spent more [redacted]e with me then any other customer I had only tried to get you and your company to complete the deal that was made for the 2 referral customers I sent to you. the only reason I ever called your company to begin with was to tell you about the privacy fence I put up so you cud let me know ahead of [redacted]e when you were coming so I could leave the gate unlocked for the Crew to enter. The Main reason for this complaint is so that other customers as well as your Future customers KNOW that you obvouisly will say anything you need to say to make a sale or for that matter to get customers to bring you referrals. the fact that you NO longer want to do Business with me is FINE. I Mean really what else is left for us to do Business With The Landscaping is Done and has been done for 2 years now my problem is I want people to know that you will say whatever you need to say to get Our Business but once that Business is complete its on to the next customers that has not paid for a service yet once a customers has paid (you just said yourself ) you want nuthing else to do with me. Never in my life[redacted]e have I been talked down too or has anyone attempted to TRY to talk to me the way you did and yes please believe me when I say (YOU DISRESPECT ME I WILL DISRESPECT YOU BACK. The fact that you chose to be DISRESPECTFUL TO ME when all I ever wanted you to tell me was what day your guys cud comeback to finish the job is why im filing this complaint. Let me just end by saying as ive stated to you before ALL You are worried about is tending to those whom you have yet to collect payment on those who you owe FREE work to or those that you need to go back and take care of DO NOT MATTER TO YOU ANYMORE ONCE YOUVE RECEIVED PAYMENT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT VERY REASON. I will not knowly do Business with a Company that does not standby there word. I will not take this Situation Lying down I will continue to tell my story about you and your company and the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE.
