Vehicle was towed in 12-7-17, Insurance company Louisiana Farm Bureau came out to write estimate on 12-13-we did not get estimate back from insurance till the following day 12-14-18 "days later". Ordered parts that were on 1st estimate on 12-14-17, some not all parts
came in on 12-18-17. The side body panel assembly was on back order and finally came in on 12-27-17, could not start repairs without this part. Repairs started 12-28-17, additional damages found at that time, supplement was sent in on 1-2-18, insurance responded following day stating keep going with repairs and let them know when we get closer to completion. In the process of replacing suspension parts there were a couple other parts needed, steel suspension parts were bent/twisted and not able to see just by looking at them, you could only see they were bent when we tried to put new parts on and they did not line up. The additional suspension parts came in 1-15-18. We finished up with repairs on 1-23-and then sent to alignment shop, where they had to replace a wheel and complete a four wheel alignment. The vehicle then came back to us on 1-25-where we had to inspect vehicle, detail and send in final supplement to insurance. Insurance sent final estimate back to me on 1-26-at that time. This was not a small repair, the estimate in final was $ 9,total. We did pay for a rental twice for Ms*** 1st time she stated that she had to go to the south shore for a job over the weekend, we paid for that rental Friday through Monday. Again she asked for another rental she stated that she had a conference out of town and we paid for that rental as well 1-24-through 1-27-18. We did everything we could to please *** ***. Hello, this is Jeremy From [redacted]'s Garage / Awesome Engines.   I'm currently writing this for the owner [redacted], who at this time is unable to respond himself. He has been in the hospital since August 8th after having major surgery.   All statements made on the account are false....

Mr [redacted] completed the task of installing the customer's motor and even loaded up the vehicle into the customer's trailer. I assisted in the load up as well. The customer signed the invoices and agreed to everything listed on the invoice and paid the balance in full. Two police officers and myself were witness to him signing the invoice.   Should you require further assistance or information I will do my best to help you until [redacted] returns.
