As a company that has been built on excellent customer service and support to our customers, we hate to hear that someone does not feel they received the level of service we pride ourselves on At the first visit with each customer we are very clear on the terms of any contracts Mr [redacted] , like all customers, approved and signed off on the terms of the contract during the first visit, and second visit (installation of equipment) The contract does involve a commitment from both our company and the customer We have committed to monitor, service, support and warranty the equipment installed The commitment on the customer's end is to make monthly payments During each installation we send test signals, and good signals were recorded at this location We also have good signals recorded over the next several months up until it was disconnected by the customer Our customer service and technical support team is available between 8am-6pm CST In the event of an alarm, or urgent matter, our central station operators are available hours each day and can transfer to our technical support staff after hours If the customer has moved and needs the equipment re-installed, we will do that at no charge, and stand ready to service and support the alarm system

The Service is not as they say. They are rude and hang up when they are asked questions they feel they don't need to answer. Spoke with the so called Manager and he was a total jerk on the phone and ended up hanging up on us. The monitoring had no clue about the system being unplugged until we told them about it. We asked where we could return the equipment to and they said that we own itthe only problem with that it was stated that at the end of contract we would need to return it. Sincerely,*** ***

We got a call on May from ***'s wife who said the one recent alarm might be from a cat in the building and she would check it out and get back to us That was the last we heard from them before this complaint was made Prior to that we have only a few technical support /
service calls logged regarding their alarm or camera system, and were all promptly answered and serviced.We have since been out to service the customer to make sure their system is working properly.The statements made in this complaint are very much exaggerated and discourages us as we place a high priority on service and support for every one of our customers.We are available hours per day for support on our alarm systems

Olympic Security was not on most recent visit to the location on 9/22/allowed access to the 2nd location so we are not willing to say that the remote view feature can not be deliveredIt is a fact that we have delivered this feature on both locations at some point early on in our agreementThe
biggest issue is the customers unwillingness to allow penetration of there buildings this is critical to obtain line of sight between our access point and client bridgeAs a Alternative Olympic Security has offered to pay for a 2nd internet service at both locations making full payment for year to deliver the feature that the customer would likeI am the owner of the Company and you have been in contact with myself Steven and my partner Jason Im not sure who the" rude "Owner was but I know that neither I or Jason would dream of being anything other then professional with our customers or any person for that matterWe are very open to Discuss reasonable compensation for the lack of this feature and will be glad to directly mail you a few options that once you have received our proposal can be discussed with myself or Jason

I understand your frustration wanting these enhanced features to work however the Security system portion has worked since day and as I said in previous conversation I stand ready to compensate you for the lack of thermostat remote capabilitiesA feature and piece of
hardware that incidentally was never charged for same with the Temperature sensors installed in the coolersAs for *** call seeking information we are a security alarm company with respect to answering questions about the Monitoring we will discuss that with anyone listed as a contact but nobody other then *** *** is privy to Contract informationIt is also my opinion that this complaint though perhaps inspired by *** is not filed by *** as the email address***@Gmail.com is associated with another Security alarm company *** *** * *** in Sparta WII view this complaint as a underhanded attempt of a company trying to slander another company for there own personal gainI would also like to add that while we do offer cameras to our customers this is not a service that was requested By *** *** therefor never delivered
In closing I would be glad to continue my conversation with *** *** as I felt he was very pleasant and reasonable man to deal with when we last spoke on 3/21/and I am sure we can come up with a solution that satisfies his desired function of his system

Complaint: *** When OS came to our residence 9/Tech was there from toafter p.mwith no resultsTech said he wanted to return next day to trydifferent boosterI had plans toldhim I could be back in p.mhe came back at ,around he had some results butno remote accessHe asked to mount an additional booster to shed,I asked if he could guarantee that would solve probHe said he knew we had been promised before things that didn't work and he would not guarantee this would helpI reluctantly agreed to drilling holes in shed but before it could be done we had lost signal on phone and comp.(like before)He said there was no need to try boosterHe was totally frustrated.I asked why we couldn’t get out of contract, this will not work and you knowit. He totally agreed but said it wasn’this callHe asked to go to 2nd propbut without getting results on our prop, it makes no sense in wasting another hrs on the exact setup. He was very kind & felt bad for wasting 9more hrsAnd NO we will not allow holes to be drilled in our new houseThecontract read “wireless repeater & booster from house to shop” If we wanted a wires or a 2nd internet wewould have went locallyWe were guaranteed this would workWhy would we wantyou to pay for internet service for a yr and then we have to pay an additional $for yrs tofinish contractThat would be a mo! Jason & Steven were great but Jack was terribly rude, even yelling on calls in Nov.& Sept.We aren't asking for a refund which would be fair, just out of the contract.Sincerely,*** ***
