The correct charge for a package III is $350. Olympic Skating Center honored the salesman's mistake and Only charged her $300.00 as the enclosed receipt shows. They only paid for a package two party but still received everything in a package three party; 50 slices of pizza, 50 ice creams and 10 pitchers of soda. Her claiming she paid $350.00 is not valid. A deposit of $75.00 was made on 10/4/2014. The balance she paid on 10/26/2014 of $225.00. (receipts enclosed)$75,00 + $225.00 = $300.The building capacity is 1000 people, she might have invited over 50 people as she states but after careful review of video surveillance only 35 were present. With her having only 35 people present and 50 slices were served, 50 dixie cup ice creams and 10 pitchers of soda, everyone was fed. No such claim was made that the package includes unlimited pizza. Financially that doesn't make sense.Not sure what else we could have done to make them happy. When we over charge someone by accident, a refund is given. But when you undercharge it is our loss.
Olympic Skating Center has been serving the community by the same family since 1981. We have never had anyone assume that because the building capacity is a 1,000 that the party includes food for a 1,000.
After the party was over, I asked the person in charge, “how was the party” and her reply was they had a good time.
