has written this letter has stated they were a resident of Olympic Square Townhomes located at *** *** *** ** in Gig Harbor, WA Any credits/debits, adjustments, exchanges or agreements would be between this customer and the above mentioned townhome community and not *** Please correct this information moving forward.In response to the complaint,Olympic Square townhomes takes pride in providing luxury townhome living in Gig Harbor, WA Olympic Square is only one of a select few apartment communities that has been built within the past nine years and prides itself at being one of the most sought after living spaces here in the Harbor All customers that become residents are welcomed to the community with an apartment that has gone through a rigorous unit turn checklist consisting of more than seventy five check points before it is made ready for the new resident Professional vendors are utilized to ensure the utmost care when cleaning the carpets and especially cleaning the apartment as a whole Quality control and making a great first impression is the key to our success.Due to our high standards of living that we provide to our new customers, we take into account many factors when assessing the charges upon move-outs Every unit turn is different Length of tenancy, cleanliness, condition of paint and carpet are just a few areas that are reviewed during this process Items such as these are listed on a mo/ move-out report that is created upon moand then is updated upon move-out in order to determine the difference of condition from start to finish Once this move-out assessment has been completed, the community sets in motion a timeline of tasks to make the apartment home ready Items that may be charged against a resident’s security deposit are painting, carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning, trash out, past due monies and damages Again, every unit turn is different and is assessed upon move-out.I apologize for not being able to speak with this past resident I had left him three separate voice messages on different dates in order to discuss the move-out charges Unfortunately this past resident is extremely busy with their career as am I and we did not get a chance to speak and only communicated through voice messages.The charges that were associated with this customers move-out were assessed fairly and were justified This resident had left the unit in fair condition and it was considered to be an easy unit turn The cleanliness of the unit was in fair condition but was not up to the high standards that we hold for a new move-in Photographs and notes were taken of the unit’s condition and documented on the move-in/move-out report and a final assessment was mailed to the past resident as required by law Often time’s prior residents will clean their unit to the best of their ability but will miss many detailed items such as baseboards, under and inside cabinets, behind toilets, inside ovens and so on This unit had dirt and grime on all of the baseboards and under the lip of the cabinets as well as smudges and grime on parts of the walls throughout the apartment The stove also had black burnt on food that had to be treated and scrubbed clean The fee charged to Olympic Square Townhomes was $ Olympic Square only charged this past resident a fee of $120.Photographs of these items and the invoice from the cleaning vendor was mailed to this past resident in hopes to resolve this issue Olympic Square Townhomes stands by its decision by having this apartment home professionally cleaned in order to provide the best quality home for the next resident We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and hope that this explanation has put to rest any questions or concerns this customer may have

I am rejecting this response because:The only reason I am rejecting this response it that I have since talked with Mr. [redacted] and we talked thoroughly about this issue. Mr. [redacted] was very curious and professional in listening to my concerns and if we had talked earlier, I'm sure I never would have felt the need to contact the Revdex.com. As long as what Mr. [redacted] agreed to on the phone is followed thorough with, I have no additional concerns about this business and will recommend them in the future.
