They told me to come back after days to see how the hearing aid was workingHowever, I went back several times during the first month because I couldn't hear out of the aidEach time they adjusted the device a little and told me to try itI still could not hear out of the hearing aid after the month was upI went back after the days and still couldn't hear out of the aid and I asked for my money backMiracle Ear said they could not and would not give my money back because it was after the days!! Even though, I went in several times to get the aid adjusted and I asked for my money back during the first month and they kept telling my to keep trying it! I would NOT recommend MIRACLE EAR in Joliet, IL to anyone
I have been trying in vain for about a month to receive my hearing test result that I had done from the Miracle-Ear company, namely with Mr*** ***I have made an appointment to have this test done based on the advertisement that came into my house in March advertising special discount only $to receive one hearing aid.I gave them special discount Code I have received: *** and naturally I was expecting that it will be honoredLady who made an appointment for me, could not do fit me in March anymore, she said, that they will still honor that discount when she booked me on April 9/However when I came there and had test done, the gentlemen who conducted the test never mentioned to me any discount, instead started with prices of $8,990, but after discount $6,990., the cheapest prices they had were $6,and after discount $4,However I was told that they will provide finances if I qualifiedI thank him and told him that I would like to do some home work fir
Fast, friendly, honest and professional service - I highly recommend them! I had an appt with a different company who never bothered to call or show up at my scheduled appt time after I’d taken a day off work to be home for serviceIt ended up being a blessing because I received awesome same day service from JNElectricI had several different projects that needed to be addressed and the owner, Nate, quickly got to work and resolved my issues in no timeIt was a great experience and I’d definitely use them again!
