months in which they tag the door hours prior to coming outThey were scheduled to come out September 14, between 8arn-4pm (due to the bulk of our apartments)When pest control returned with keys, they had notated that they were not able to enter her unit because the top dead bolt was locked from the insideThey had no problems entering the other units in her building.At 4pm, she call complaining that they did not spray her unit, in which she was informed they could not get in AND that they would gladly come back at a time when she was homeLampasas Termite and Pest Control came out the following day and sprayed her unit.Ms*** is the only tenant in this building that is had a problem with the roaches and (1) spider, she was informed that in between pest control services she is responsible for keeping her apartment clean and simple bug spray would eliminate the problem since it was not an infestationIt is the resident's responsibility to keep their units clean to prevent from having bugsWe spray every months as a courtesy to keep our apartments maintained.If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please feel free to contact our office at ***.*** *** Property Manager ***
