Came to Olympus for countertops, kitchen and bathroom subway tile. Countertops turned out ok besides a poorly executed seam. Tile portioned the job did not turn out well, Olympus employee showed up and 9 days later I had an incomplete kitchen and two bathroom with some of the most poorly installed tile I have ever seen. Owner and another Olympus employee came and inspected and both agreed it was unacceptable. Despite their agreement they have refused to fix anything even though he assured me he was going to make it right.

Customers contracted outside of Olympus Granite for the tile portion of their job. Olympus Granite was only responsible for the granite.

I came into the retail location and asked an Olympus employee for the services described in the original complaint. The unsatisfactory work was preformed out of an Olympus branded world truck . If the business claims they were not the service provider there must be some fraud or the responder is not giving an honest response.
