My bank account keeps getting charged for products I did not order and do not want. I have tried calling the company several times only to be put on hold for long periods of time and then the call is terminated by them. I tried calling the main company only to find that the phone number has been disconnected. I’ve had to cancel my bank twice now because of this company.

After the 14-day trial expires, if we have not heard from you declaring otherwise, we’ll assume you love it as much as our other customers do, and we will continue to send you monthly supplies of Keto to ensure you never run out, and can stay on track to meet your goals! This trial process is identical to offers from companies like *** and ***, just with different product and associated price points.
The credit card originally entered during the trial offer will be charged each time a new shipment is sent out – however, there is no contract or commitment, and you can choose to cancel anytime through our online membership portal, 24/7 via our automated voice system, or with one of our customer service agents whom are in the office 7-days a week. This process is all detailed out and agreed to during checkout in ourTerms and Conditions.
We know our customers are committed to reaching their health and fitness aspirations, but we understand circumstances can change, and you may be looking to cancel your subscription. I am rejecting this response because:I tried calling customer service to end all of this. All I get is an automated message saying they can’t find my order from the phone number I’m calling from. The message then asks for my phone number. I will not give them my number since I want nothing to do with this company. I get the feeling that all they’re trying to do is say I called to make a purchase from them when that is definitely not the case. I want to make sure the company NEVER contacts me or tries to take money from our account EVER again!! To be left alone is all I truly want at this point. Please make sure the company understands this. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us back.Please note that our automated voice system clearly defines the opportunity to reach a customer service representative. It will attempt to identify you by your phone number, when it cannot, it will ask you to enter it manually. At this time you can simply enter in a dummy phone number (i.e. ***), at which time it will say it cannot identify you and you can press "0" to reach a customer service representative.
This automated voice system is not unlike those employed by pretty much every company you're used to doing business with -- so although we certainly understand your frustrations, we cannot assist you unless you contact us.We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully getting this resolved.
