I am with this company for yrs now I had a storm in march and file a report with the insurance company they a proved the roof replacement they a sign a roofing company to me because thats their rule.I was fine with that the roofing company send out a sales guy to my home I was not given a receipt for my payment and my deductibleI was told by the sales guy that "if we break anything while on your property we will fix it" I sign a paper for thatwhen the delivery truck came to make the delivery I was not told about the delivery I didnt even know it was for me because the roofing company nor the insurance call ahead to let me know to expect a delivery when I try calling the roofing while the truck guys getting their information to show me it is for my home no one answer the office phone They say they have to make the delivery that I have to remove the car from inside the garage so I didwhen I park my car across the street the neighbor came and told me for the guys not to park the truck on my driveway I told the guys not to park the truck on my driveway they say they have to I told them not toThey ask me if I had sign a paper with the roofing company if they break they fix I said yes and I walk away they did their job what they came to doLater in the evening one of my neighbor came over and show us that the driveway is crack (because I had redo my driveway in October 2015) I call the insurance company and the roofing company and let them know the lady (***) at the insurance say she will talk to the roofing guy (West Tadlock)he came out to out house and saw the crack and say they will fix itwhen to fix it they claim it was like that and was never fix since I brought the houseI call back *** and told her she say we will fix it and at the end they dont want to do it they dont want to acknowledge what happen they send out a guy last week to see it and take pics he told me it could have happen to from the garbage truck I told him they dont come on my driveway look at him ask say are u kidding me he say am just saying I dont understand how they have AAA+ with the Revdex.com its the same thing with *** roofing I file a complain against then the problem is not fix but they still maintain their AAA+ West *** ask me too lie to the Revdex.com for him I even told the Revdex.com about him asking me to lie for him and it was my words against his and they took his because I am JUST a customer with a problemThere is a lot I can say and pic I can show it will always be the company against the CUSTOMERI just want people to know that Olympus Insurance is not good company and screw they customers over to save them self moneyThey take months to fix the damages to ur property am still waitingfor them to finishing up the interior or my houseI can keep typing but I have to go get my kids from school
