I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This has not been resolved as we got product we did not order. They can send a call tag and get the product back if they wantWe are not paying for shipping. We have no other documents other than the invoice when they billed us for the product(They want us to pay freight both ways and restocking fee) We didn’t order the product in the first place.Sincerely,

We are a telemarketing company that tries it's hardest to follow the rules of our customer's policies. Our reps do not work in-house and we are not manufacturers so when a rep faxes orders into our office,...

before we purchase the materials needed to fill the order and pay the reps comission, we have a standard confirmation procedure:
1) We call back the customer
2) We notify the customer that we are tape-recording the
confirmation of the order
3) Go over the peticulars of the order:
a) address for delivery
b) billing address
c) price
d) verify that the buyer is authorized to make the purchase
e) ask if there are any further questions.
If all of the above answers are correct, we purchase the product from our supplier, ship it at our own expense, then invoice the customer. We are not in business to make trucking companies rich. In regards to [redacted] arguemnt that we piece together tape recordings, I think he's watching too much television. His account will be turned over to a professional collection agency. Thank for you time in this matter

Review: This company contacted me and I bought a "sample" of degreser. In no way did they tell me I was under any obligation to buy more. They have charged my credit cArd with no notice and I do not want any more of this product. I paid for what I got and want reimbursed for what they stole. 148.76Desired Settlement: Reimbursed

Review: I received a phone call from some one named [redacted]. He offered to sell me some degreaser and I told him that I was not interested. He said that he could ship me a sample to try before I purchased a larger amount. I received my 5lb bucket of powder. A couple weeks later I received another call asking how I liked the product. I said that it worked ok but nothing great. I said that I do not want any more of the product. He then tells me that I have to at least buy 10 lbs of my orginal 50lb order. I said that I never agreed to order 50lbs let alone 10lbs. He put me on hold and came back and said that the only way out of the larger order was to buy 10lbs and he would close the order out and they would not contsact me again. I agreed to that. I received a call again a month or so later saying that I have 25lbs waiting to be shipped and that [redacted] wanted to confirm the order. I said that I do not want any more of his product and to stop calling me. He would interupt me and say that he would talk to his boss. I said that I do not care and to stop calling and do not send me anything else. He calls me back and said that his boss said he could end the order if I agreed to purchase another 10 lbs. I told him that I had looked them up on Revdex.com and that I was staring at a list of complaints involving his company and trying to tell people they had to order more product. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want my bill adjusted and for them to stop contacting me. If I would have found the Revdex.com complaints before I agreed to the 10lbs being shipped I would never have ordered it.

Review: Olympus Labs called our business and asked for a particular employee. Tried to sell him some cleaning supplies and employee told Olympus Labs to send product information and business cards. We received product. When we said we didn't order anything, they had recorded the call and pieced together the recording- making it appear that he okay'd the order, but employee is not authorized to purchase and did not authorize anything but product information. When we called the Olympus Labs back and asked for a return authorization, they said no and would take us to collections if we don't pay. Fraudulent sales practices, they didn't even get our business name correct.Desired Settlement: Want them to take product back without re-stocking fees and credit us the freight because we did not order this!
