Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr***'s inattention to detail is apparent even in the text of his response, it's obivous he's not taking things seriouslyOne would think that if a business was being honest and open that they would go to great efforts to spare their reputation rather than looking petulant and silly.Since Mr [redacted] chose not to go into further detail, I don't think I need to eitherI have explained what happened, and all the components of this issueHe's half-responded to some, but largely left his employee and work quality issues at the feet of his customer to which he promised so much.My complaint standsI also don't know what video he is referring to, but at no point was the 'belly flopped' on my Jeep during that trail runFeel free to attach a link or anything to show me but I didn't even post video of that runA trusted mechanic was with us at the time of the breakdown and verified that the shoddy work was doneThis 'common' problem seems only common to Mr [redacted] and his company, so I'm left to assume this isn't their first quality problem and/or they just don't know how to properly repair (not build) a JeepThe mechanic who fixed the linkage problem required no new parts or equipment to get it running effectively and without a problemThis fact seems lost on Mr***He either doesn't care, or we're back to him just not acknowledging that he has a personnel problem and their level of work and care. The bullying and general disregard for customers continues from Mr [redacted] and Olympus Off RoadI'm not surprised, but saddened that the denial continuesIt's too bad that this business refuses to accept responsibility for poor work, standing behind your work is more important than standing behind your employeesI hope that this record will serve to show others what kind of business/person they're getting involved with.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi,As always with most people there is more than what you are saying Olympus has been in business for over years and yes we do produce items overseas but as with anything there are always people trying to produce things at a cheaper price and the market has been flooded with cheaper crap products and I would be happy to show you side by side comparisons in person as there are cheaper items out there for sureWhat is funny about what you posted in regards to our [redacted] auctions is that we don't set a price on thosePeople bid what they want to and are willing to payThe price we charge takes into consideration everything from Manufacturing cost to R&D to The Cost of doing businessIn regards to our [redacted] page we have auctions with no set minimum so there is NO price we setPeople bid what they choose toSo if we dont set a price and people pay what they want on our products, how is our business a scamIn the end I am not exactly sure what your issue is here and it seem like more of a slanderous rantRegarding your ban from our [redacted] we have a simple policy, dont create drama and you wont be bannedObviously you created drama and you were banned, I would have to look into exactly what it is

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as replacement light and all components are received in working orderThe light was shipped back on Monday June 5th

The customer in questions has been harassing my company non stopWe have now requested a cease and desist on all communicationThe customer also called the police claiming we stole her property and this was promptly shut down by the officer and we were apologized to as there is nothing done wrong here by usThe customer has now threatened us with sending someone to our house and we will be taking action for harassment and threats as we take that very seriouslyFrom Day one this customer has been hostile and violent towards usWe have done nothing but try to help to the best of our abilityOur policy for warranty work is daysWe shipped out the lights within a few business daysUSPS is not showing updates as it happened sometimesWe create the label in house then drop offI dropped off the warranty package personally and the customer does not understand that Holidays can affect thingsI don't know exactly what it going on here but we have requested that all communication be ended as they are now violent and containing threats. This situation is absurd and the only reason I am taking the tie to respond is to ensure people know how crazy this is

There will be no refundThis person is delusionalI would gladly provide all corispondanceWe do over 250k a gear through credit card processing and prefer it over cash the customer made that choiceI don't have time to detail everything but this story is a fabrication of lies and dilusion.Hia
jeepwas broken and we fixed itWe mentioned something areas of concern and he said to fix themwe also mention that the way his jeep was setup there would be future issues

We have sent numerous return labels and the customer has stated he is not getting themI am not sure what else to doIf the light is damaged we will need it back. We have never hung up on anybody so I am lost at thatIf the customer wants an exchange that is not an issue at allWe simply
need the light back and have sent paid returned labels

We did a lot to help you and even came to your house to make sure it was good when you said there was an issueYou even refereed a friend to talk to me about her situation months
after the factWhy now is this popping upI have all the text message correspondence of our conversation back and forth that can show we came right out to check your jeep, verify the alignment and a number of other thingsI am sorry but we cannot offer anythingEverything was good and when you brought up an issue we came right over to go through everything replaced bolts free of charge and offered on-site service to make sure everything was right

Hi,As always with most people there is more than what you are saying Olympus has been in business for over 6 years and yes we do produce items overseas but as with anything there are always people trying to produce things at a cheaper price and the market has been flooded with cheaper crap products...

and I would be happy to show you side by side comparisons in person as there are cheaper items out there for sure. What is funny about what you posted in regards to our [redacted] auctions is that we don't set a price on those. People bid what they want to and are willing to pay. The price we charge takes into consideration everything from Manufacturing cost to R&D to The Cost of doing business. In regards to our [redacted] page we have auctions with no set minimum so there is NO price we set. People bid what they choose to. So if we dont set a price and people pay what they want on our products, how is our business a scam. In the end I am not exactly sure what your issue is here and it seem like more of a slanderous rant. Regarding your ban from our [redacted] we have a simple policy, dont create drama and you wont be banned. Obviously you created drama and you were banned, I would have to look into exactly what it is.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted]'s inattention to detail is apparent even in the text of his response, it's obivous he's not taking things seriously. One would think that if a business was being honest and open that they would go to great efforts to spare their reputation rather than looking petulant and silly.Since Mr. [redacted] chose not to go into further detail, I don't think I need to either. I have explained what happened, and all the components of this issue. He's half-responded to some, but largely left his employee and work quality issues at the feet of his customer to which he promised so much.My complaint stands. I also don't know what video he is referring to, but at no point was the 'belly flopped' on my Jeep during that trail run. Feel free to attach a link or anything to show me but I didn't even post video of that run. A trusted mechanic was with us at the time of the breakdown and verified that the shoddy work was done. This 'common' problem seems only common to Mr. [redacted] and his company, so I'm left to assume this isn't their first quality problem and/or they just don't know how to properly repair (not build) a Jeep. The mechanic who fixed the linkage problem required no new parts or equipment to get it running effectively and without a problem. This fact seems lost on Mr. [redacted]. He either doesn't care, or we're back to him just not acknowledging that he has a personnel problem and their level of work and care. The bullying and general disregard for customers continues from Mr. [redacted] and Olympus Off Road. I'm not surprised, but saddened that the denial continues. It's too bad that this business refuses to accept responsibility for poor work, standing behind your work is more important than standing behind your employees. HI, I show that we sent you your Replacement Light for your warranty months ago. I show we sent you a package containing a set of headlights and a replacement pod light to replace the faulty one. Tracking show the items delivered. I am confused how you don't have your items. This is...

taken care of and matter resolved months ago.  -[redacted]

I have spoken directly with the customer and we have the matter taken care of and updated tracking will be provided. I feel that we have determined the issue and handled the miscommunication internally.

No threats were ever made. We have contacted legal council and per our attorney we contacted the larceny crime department in parker colorado. I also contacted the local USPS office and they have no recollection of items being shipped under the tracking number that Olympus provided us. We have family that is local to his business and if needed be can pick up the items. But seeing as we will no longer have communication we have no other choice than to follow through with our attorney and file charges for warranty fraud.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The light was never returned. Can't warranty a light we don't have.

Linkage worked fine and was inspected. we told you that having a tcase drop and the work the was done to it before was a concern. I'm not refunding anything. We invested way more time than you paid fixing your jeep. Your jeep was not safe to drive when you brought it here and we told you and showed you picture of issue. You went wheeling and the li kage popped out. This is a common issue. I saw a video of you wheeling that day where you went up a hill and plopped on the belly. This most likely narred your li kage loose.they way you are handling this is concerning as it seems more like you just want free work. Your bill should have been much higher for the frame repair. Had you wheeled with the damage I charged you maybe 250 for, your jeep would have literally folded in half. So I'm sorry but I disagree with 99.999% of what your saying. And you making false claims against [redacted] are an issue as well. He galdly stopped by to help when you said you had an issue. That was not our fault. I'm done here and don't have time to respond to you as this is obsurd. we fixed your jeep and it was fine. I never demanded cash and for you to make claims that I did are false. And fr you to go off accusing me of not claiming things on my taxes I'll gladly show where every penny comes in and goes. So please spare us both the time and let this go.

Light Bar was received the days before Christmas Weekend. The following Monday Was Christmas. We sent an Email Letting the customer know that that specific light was no longer made and we would be upgrading them and it would be shipped this week. I did state we would do our best to get it right back...

out ASAP but due to the time and specific light we were unable to and the customer was notified. We received a call today letting us know the replacement headlights had not been received and we agreed to investigate to determine where they are and if they could not be found we would ship a new set today. At this point we have actually not received any info on the headlights other than the customer telling us they have issues. We took there word for it and are replacing them at no charge. The light bar warranty has been handled and a new one is on its way. We cannot refund a purchase that is that old and we are warrantying the light. I get the customer is upset and they have made it clear every opportunity they have spoken to us in very choice words who bad our business is and how we should run it ect.. But look We are taking care of a warranty issue and have not fought anything. We have tried to help. Emails even show the hostility towards us from day one. Please see email below. Customer has been taken care of and thats all there is to it.  Happy New Year :)_________________________________On Wed, Nov 15, 2017 at 12:28 AM, Daniel <[redacted]> wrote: Well warranty situation occurs we need to order information such as the person who bought it there order number and or where they bought it from was it direct was it through [redacted] auction or possibly one of our dealer so you can understand where it came from. Once we establish that the order and warranty is valid we give you an RMA number to send the light in just as 99.9% of companies in the world will ask you to do.  I'm legitimately trying to help you out but I feel like you're very angry at me and I'm not exactly sure the best way I can help you as I can't just simply send you out a light. I understand with your significant other being deployed this time can be very difficult and we are here to help but please understand that we still have guidelines that we have to follow as we are a business. As stated I can't just ship you a light so what is the next best way I can help you I don't know please tell me and I will try my best.    As I stated before I don't know exactly what happened before with your situation but I apologize for that and I asked that we can look at things in a positive light as we are here to help.    Daniel        Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S8, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone   -------- Original message -------- From: [redacted] <[redacted]> Date: 11/14/17 7:47 PM (GMT-07:00) To: Daniel <[redacted]> Subject: Re: New Submission To Your Form   What information do you mean? Why should I have to spend the money to go buy a box for a 50in light bar to fit in and pay for it to be sent off for when it's not my fault the light bar has issues. Look my husband and I have had issues with your company before, the issues were so bad that the owner called my husband himself to try to fix it. One this is not how you treat a customer, a a customer who is in the military. I know for a fact the owner was military, air force and was a crew chief. Look my husband is deployed so I am dealing with this all on me own and dealing with moving to a new base while he is over seas. I don't want to be the bad person here and call the Revdex.com because of all the issues I have had with this company. Fix you guys send me the wrong fog lights and said it was our fault some how when the lights didn't match and now my light bar.
