After a storm did some roof damage, our insurance company approved us for a new roof Due to people being delayed in calling back I ended up getting quotes from top reviewed companies O&M Construction, Inc seemed to be the first most professional company we talked to and was by far the cheapest
By the time we chose them is was sometime in September and they advised they wouldn't be able to do it until mid September The one thing I didn't like about them is you don't hear they are going to come until days before they are coming out...you don't have to be there for them, so it's not really a big deal knowing it was days from the first check
The day came for them to do my roof...they called days before Plus the day before I told them "We're having a new baby on that day, can we push it to next spring?" they said "We can either refund your deposit and rebid next spring or we'll hold the deposit and lock in your price." I was impressed with how they worked with me
Now that the roof is done, it looks flawless The guys stayed late to get the job done in one day and did a good job of cleaning up My retired neighbor just had his roof redone and watched them all day doing ours...he said "I don't know where you found these guys, but they are doing a perfect job Everything was laid in a perfect line and even the corner shingles look flawless."
They also use IKO shingles, which many roofers have told me are the best
I have another friend who used them for a roof repair and had similarly good comments

Michael was referrals to me from my neighbor, My area had hail damage and there where people knocking at my door every 20 minutes. I really didn't know where or who to turn too. I notice my neighbor had her roof done last year before the hail hit. I walk over there to get the roofer number, That how I meet O&M Construction, Inc. I am pleased and impressed with the WHOLE PROCESS. Michael made it really easy. The roof look great, I would say it look the best on the block or neighborhood

I had my siding and window and roof redone, by O&M Construction, By far the best quality and craftsman's ship I have ever seen. They took there time with everything. From the moment I contacted them for a estimate, to the day they finished everything was great. The clean up was amazing. I am also having them remodel my unfinished basement. I recommenced O&M Construction, to any one. They are a family business so Mike the Owner is very involved the entire time of our project. The installer were clean and non smokers which was something I wanted. You will not be disappointed with this company! Highly recommenced if I could give 100 stars I would!

mike and his installers were very nice during our project. they were punctual, the price is reasonable and open to reasonable negotiation. they worked diligently from morning until night and made sure we were happy with our outcome. he even followed up with us days after the project to make sure everything was o.k. I would recommend O$M construction for any project needed in your home. they are dependable and trustworthy.

I had my siding blow off my house during the last storm. I was not sure what to do. I had literally 100's of people knocking at my door trying to sell me a roof and siding. My husband and I already decided we where not going with a door knocker. We went to dinner that night and seen a construction company work on the patio restaurant, we decided to ask if the do residential construction, they said yes, we called the number on the card the worker gave us. With in 1 day Mike was at our house going over are different option. We decided to go with O&M Construction. They did a great job. The process was super easy. They are great people to work with. The owner Mike will go above and beyond. Please don't pass them up give them a try we did and are really happy with the outcome.

We had siding blowed off our house and contacted O&M Construction. Within 24 Hours they where here giving us an estimate, we decide to go with them and our we happy we made that choice. Great Job! Will use again!

Amazing service and very reasonably priced! I appreciated having a company that can do multiple jobs in my house. This company does EVERYTHING! Kind workers, generous in their time and talent, and very trustworthy. I will use them for everything I need done from now on. What a great find! I highly recommend!

We had water poring in from the windows and our basement was getting water every time it was raining. We had several company's out to give us estimate. Some of the estimate where close to 10K just for the basement. We really didn't have that type of money saved. One of my co workers used O&M Construction for one of there project and suggested I called them. I was kinda of sick company's coming out just to give me and estimate that I really could not afford even if I had the money. So I decided to give O&M Construction a call. The same day we had Mike out from O&M Construction and he wanted to do an inspection of what could be the issue was, I showed him the other three estimate to give him and ideal on what the other company's said need to be done.
At the end of his inspection and had a completely different finding, he suggested we install some downspouts and kick out so that will get the water away from the basement, and also for the widow he just through if we take the old caulk out and install it with new caulk this would solve the issue. His estimate was around $600. I was shocked! All of the other three other bigger company wanted to dig out the side of the outside of the house to add a drain title. How could other be so much more in the thousands and he is only $600, any why tear up our lawn?
After talking with my husband we decided to trust Mike and see. Well as of today it has been 3 years and WE HAVE NOT HAD a single drop of water in my basement and the windows stopped leaking immediately.

I am so glad we made the 1 more call before spending thousands and thousands more! This company is not only honest, reliable, but they truly are trust worthy construction company!

If you want a company that is going to be honest with you and make sure they actually fix what need to be done instead of adding unnecessary items, O&M Construction is the way to go! Since then we have had them install a new roof and siding, and some minor plumbing work. I am so blessed I found my go to construction guy! Not to say the Owner is a family man he treats his worker with great respect from what we seen over the progress of our jobs. So again make sure they are on you list of company to call, they were a lifesaver to, my family!
