I had my siding blow off my house during the last stormI was not sure what to doI had literally 100's of people knocking at my door trying to sell me a roof and sidingMy husband and I already decided we where not going with a door knockerWe went to dinner that night and seen a construction company work on the patio restaurant, we decided to ask if the do residential construction, they said yes, we called the number on the card the worker gave usWith in day Mike was at our house going over are different optionWe decided to go with O&M ConstructionThey did a great jobThe process was super easyThey are great people to work withThe owner Mike will go above and beyondPlease don't pass them up give them a try we did and are really happy with the outcome

We had water poring in from the windows and our basement was getting water every time it was rainingWe had several company's out to give us estimateSome of the estimate where close to 10K just for the basementWe really didn't have that type of money savedOne of my co workers used O&M Construction for one of there project and suggested I called themI was kinda of sick company's coming out just to give me and estimate that I really could not afford even if I had the moneySo I decided to give O&M Construction a callThe same day we had Mike out from O&M Construction and he wanted to do an inspection of what could be the issue was, I showed him the other three estimate to give him and ideal on what the other company's said need to be done At the end of his inspection and had a completely different finding, he suggested we install some downspouts and kick out so that will get the water away from the basement, and also for the widow he just through if we take the old caulk out and install it with new caulk this would solve the issueHis estimate was around $I was shocked! All of the other three other bigger company wanted to dig out the side of the outside of the house to add a drain titleHow could other be so much more in the thousands and he is only $600, any why tear up our lawn? After talking with my husband we decided to trust Mike and seeWell as of today it has been years and WE HAVE NOT HAD a single drop of water in my basement and the windows stopped leaking immediately I am so glad we made the more call before spending thousands and thousands more! This company is not only honest, reliable, but they truly are trust worthy construction company! If you want a company that is going to be honest with you and make sure they actually fix what need to be done instead of adding unnecessary items, O&M Construction is the way to go! Since then we have had them install a new roof and siding, and some minor plumbing workI am so blessed I found my go to construction guy! Not to say the Owner is a family man he treats his worker with great respect from what we seen over the progress of our jobsSo again make sure they are on you list of company to call, they were a lifesaver to, my family!
