THE ALLGATION IS WRONG AS THE ACCESSORY WE SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER IS GOOD QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER EVER HAD ANY COMPLAINT. HOWEVER AS A ONE TIME COURTSY WE WILL RETURN THE PAYMENT $ 21.78 IF OUR ORIGNAL CHARGER IS RETURNED TO US.

Review: I bought a charger for my IPhone 6 from OM Wireless on June [redacted], 2015 from a male associate (name unknown) for $21.78. Upon purchase, there was no indication of a return policy visible in the store nor on the receipt I was given. The charger looked a different from some chargers and was in a small Ziploc bag. I told the male associate that if it doesnt work Im going to bring it back. He responded Dont worry, its going to work. When I reached home to try the charger, it had problems staying connected to the phone. The battery indicator kept flashing on and off. I was able to prop the phone in a manner that allowed the iPhone to charge. I charged it overnight (at least 8 hours) and the phone was at 31%. I brought the charger back on June [redacted], 2015 to ask for an exchange. Another associate than the one I had previously dealt with replied ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. She said READ THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT and proceeded to show me a small sign about the size of a single sheet of paper posted on a piece of cardboard on their messy desk. I told her that the receipt that I was given DOES NOT show the return policy. After explaining multiple times that the associate had not given me the return policy, she said she would give me another charger. She said the charger she is giving me is 100% functional and is a charger that [redacted] uses and sells. I accepted the exchange and experienced the same problem with this charger as before. I tried in on 2 different Iphones and an Ipad with the same problem. The charger doesnt stay connected and is very faulty. Also, I noticed that my battery actually started to go down using their charger. I went back to the store on June [redacted] to ask for a return because of their faulty items their selling. I was told I would get no refund or exchange. The associate kept telling me that the charger was good. When you plug the charger in on site, it was not the sufficient amount of time to test the faultiness of the products they are sellingDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product. It is a faulty charger that can actually damage phones. I am listening to [redacted] and not using the cheap faulty chargers you sell. Thus, I dont want to exchange but a refund.
