To Whom It May Concern.here is my side of the story:she called for her SON not for her, she was NOT at the location, her son locked his keys in his car and didn't have any cell phone (she gave us only her number),he was at a big public parking, when I talked to her in the first time I asked her if...

she called more locksmith companies and she responded YES.since she called few more companies I advised her that we are sending a tech to the site and in case we will get there and a different company will already get there before us we will have to still charge $55 service call,I got from her the credit card information and she agreed to the terms.my tech was looking for her son for 45 minutes at the location, since he couldn't find HIM (as I said she was NOT the one that locked her keys) we charged the $55 service call as I advised her before.within 2 hours she calls back and blame us for her driving for a long distance to get to her son since she wasn't at the location for the first moment she called for the service and was very rude and kept hanging out the phone on us, I kept calling her to talk to her but again she hung out the phone again.However on JUNE 6 we refund her the $55.please confirm with her regarding the refund.Let me know what is the next step to resolve this issue.Best Regards.OM Lock & Key.

Review: Business charged me to unlock my car, but did not come out and do so. They advised they could not find me, however they never attempted to call or contact me. I was in a public parking lot. After waiting an hour I called to see where they were and found out they were not coming and they had also charged my card $55. They advised they would reverse the charge.. After waiting an hour, I was forced to call another company. They advised on 5/25/14 that they had reversed the charge of $55, but as of 6/3/14 the credit has not appeared on my card.Desired Settlement: He called me and said he would credit my card the $55 charge, but has not done so. I wish for him to do so.
