Review: I live in NY and I'm getting married on May 3rd. I went to this boutique on March 2nd to place an order for my wedding outfit. After discussing the product, they demaded full payment in cash made upfront. (although I was hesitant, I had no option) they promised the product will arrive on April 15th but most likey it will arrive earlier. Therefore, I used to call time to time to check the status. The owner of the boutique is very nice, but there's a VERY rude lady who works there (name [redacted] who usually manages everything..everytime I called to speak to the owner, she would not give him the phone and would speak to me with disrespect. She gave me a very tough time knowing this is my wedding outfit and I have every right to inquire about it. Upon the arrival of my outfit, there were a lot of things we has discussed which they didn't provide. and the fitting was loose. Knowing I only get weekends off, and will have to go all the way to NJ paying tolls and gas, these people did not care. I went on April 19th and they said they will do the work they promised and will ship the item to me by April 23rd the latest since I still had to get my jewelry and everything else according to my outfit. I called them yesterday and the rude lady picked up again and said they cannot do the work they promised because this is not india and they don't have professional tailors here. she said the owners didn't know what he was talking about when he made those promises to me. I nicely replied that "you charged me extra for this work, I have to right to ask for it" She threatened me and said she won't give me my outfit. I am EXTREMELY stressed at the moment because they don't give me a date as to when they will send my outfit and claim they are very busy. I need to speak to the owner, but this lady doesn't let me. I dont't have time. I'm getting married next weekend. When will I get my jewelry? When will my Fiance get his outfit (In accordance with my outfit) please help me.Desired Settlement: Please have them ship my outfit to me as soon as possible and since they didn't do the work they promised, I would like a refund for around $400. I paid a total of $1,400 for this outfit. I want a refund of $400.
