Very positive experience They managed to fix a shade (a great saving over buying a new one) that another company said was unfixable, patiently helped us select colors for the new shades we bought, and just made everything as convenient as possible The installation of the new blinds & fixed blind in the bedrooms was flawless Plus, at a very nominal charge & with little advance notice, put back up kitchen blinds painters had taken down a few days earlier (a task I attempted but nearly drove me nuts) Very happy!
