In response I went down to check out at 6:am to voice my complaint/concern There was no one there I waited until someone came to the desk When [redacted] arrived I asked to speak to the Manager [redacted] stated to me that the Manager was not available I then asked him who the owners were and if they lived locally I had a concern and wanted to speak with the person able to best handle my concern [redacted] told me the name of the owner and that they did live within the area [redacted] offered to help me with my concern, which I very much appreciated It was very evident as the discussion progressed that [redacted] could only do so much and that his authority was very limited I was not offered an alternate person to speak with The manager was off work and would not be returning until Tuesday or Wednesday I took the Omak Inn Business Card which Had Ms.___name on it as the manager Adrain stated the Ms.____would be the one to call for additional assistance in getting more of a discount for the room My discussion was more than a “Mention to [redacted] ”, it was a full blown discussion as to the awful beds and pillows that were in the room and that my family had very little sleep because of it and that I wanted to be compensated It does not surprise me that Ms_____ would state that “I Mentioned” this to [redacted] at check out It proves just how lacking of concern this business has for their patrons I was at the front desk to voice my complaint/concern Initially our plan was to stay at the hotel until 9:00am That did not happen

Ms. [redacted] checked in to our motel at 10:32 PM on 8/6.  She requested a family room with 2 Queen Beds, at $96.00.  We didn't hear from her all night.  She came to check out at 6:18 am, and mentioned to [redacted] who was there all night since we are a 24/7 business that she didn't...

sleep well because of the pillows being thin, and the beds uncomfortable.  [redacted] apologized, and offered her $12.50 off plus tax, and let her know that he would also talk to management.  When I got here I tried to call Ms. [redacted], but there was no voicemail set up.  She called me on August 11th, and told me she should not have to pay for a motel room if she didn't sleep well.  I apologized, and asked her if there was anything I can do.  I did ask her why she didn't let us know if she was uncomfortable, we would have done anything to make her more comfortable that is why we have 24/7 staff.  We have lots of extra pillows, or she could have moved to a different room with different bed types.  I personally went and checked the beds and they are less than one year old.  The beds are 2015 Sealy Posterpedic with 1 inch memory foam.  She requested she wanted a free room because she didn't sleep well.  I told her that we can't give out free rooms, but we do accommodate to your needs that is why we have staff here all of the time.  There is a phone next to the bed, we could have done something for her, or when she went to the room, if she wasn't happy with it she didn't have to stay.  I said the cost of your room is not just for your bed.  It costs us Pud, free wifi, telephone, water, staff to clean the room, free breakfast etc.  So all I could offer is a discount because she did stay all night in the room and used all of the amenities.  She informed me that she would slander us online, and she refused to pay for a room she stayed in, then she hung up on me.  I don't appreciate her slandering us.  She did already get a nice discount, and I would be happy to not charge her if she chose to not stay the night and use everything in the room, and the amemnities.  We have nice rooms, with new beds, and standard size pillows, with extras in the closet to accommodate everyone.  We are here 24/7 to accommodate our guests.  If you have any further questions or would like video I do have them available.  Thank You, Have a wonderful day.
