My sprinkler system was turned on May 20, 2015. The system worked for 9 days. I was told by the 2 workers who turned it on that if the system stopped to call immediately because I would need a new timer. On May 29 someone came over. He said that my job was last one that he had since it was Friday. He also said that it was probably the batteries. I told him that I had been told it would be a timer issue. I left for an appt. I do not know if he did anything since it was Friday noon and I was his last job. The same person was sent back and this time he said that he did not have the right part. The same person came back on June 24 but still could not fix the problem with the sprinkler system.This has been 42 days ago. Two weeks ago, I called and was told the owner would come over. The company never shows up as they indicate that they are going to. Last Friday I drove to the address on the letterhead. My gps system took me to a private neighborhood twice. Came home and called. I ask if they worked from home. They use to but now have an office. They gave me the new office location and ask what I wanted done. This was a statement that I could not believe came in the voice message. If we looked in phone records I am sure that I have called over and over stating the pop ups just don't work.I have approximately 70 square feet of yard the I have the 5 sprinkler on.I only had this system put in because I have a pacemaker and a replaced hip. I was hoping to get some help with my very small yard.Thanks for reading my complaint. At that point, I then tried contacting you, leaving a voice message; that I had spoken with him and he would visit your property to resolve the issue that day. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from our Production Manager stating that the issue had been resolved. I then followed-up back up with you to seek your satisfaction of the service and offered my sincerest apologizes, but ensured you that we would do everything possible to seek your happiness with the level of service you received. We then discussed at that time, that you would follow back up with me on Thursday, August 6, 2015 to advise us if the repair had been fixed and if the issue was resolved. This is not normal business practice for our company. All staff members have been reminded of our policies and procedures. I would like to ensure you that we are a reputable company and will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction and hopefully gain your confidence back in our company. Our office has moved to a new larger location and I have requested the office personnel to please make sure that the address is corrected on the invoices, statements, etc. for customer reference. We obviously let you down and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. I have waited 2 nights to make sure that the system was working perfectly. The system is working fine. I am so happy.Thanks very much to the Revdex.com of Raleigh and also thanks to O'Mara Landscaping. They also made a follow up call on the same day that it was fixed.
