I purchased a meet and greet ticket as an add on to a concert that I was attending because my friend really loves Omarion and wanted to meet him. Now I purchased this on February 26, 2020. When purchased, it said ALL SALES FINAL, which I was fine with because I was really excited about the concert and was planning on going. Ticketmaster also has a similar return policy after a certain period of time. So, afterwards, the pandemic starts. Due to COVID-19, my tour date for March 21, 2020 was rescheduled. Then it was postponed until further notice because COVID-19 got more serious. Ticketmaster said that they would be adjusting the return policy due to the pandemic and will allow for refunds once the tour dates get rescheduled again. Now earlier this week, they rescheduled for March 27, 2021. I don't feel comfortable going to any events with a lot of people like that and I won't feel comfortable for a very long time. Fear of being around people now, I cancelled my ticket and refunded my money. Now this company DripbyO and Omarion Worldwide are not wanting to return my $100 that I paid for saying they have an ALL SALES FINAL policy. I'm sure that when they created that, it didn't include a pandemic and COVID-19. It's not my fault that all of this occurred. It's not like I said so just didn't want to go. I am truly afraid and will be for well over a year's time. I feel like they're stealing people's money because it should at least be adjusted due to COVID-19. They stated that I could just sell it to someone else and transfer it. I don't know anyone else who's going to that show because they are getting refunded their money from Ticketmaster because of the Coronavirus just like I did. I want a refund for my $100 but they are set on that policy which should be changed due to something out of my control. A force of God.

This Revdex.com complaint is submitted by the customer because her request for a refund was rejected per our ALL SALES FINAL POLICY. The customer purchased the Meet & Greet via our online store (www.DripbyO.com ) on February 26, 2020 at 7:17am. as an add on for Baltimore, MD Meet n Greet for The Millennium Tour 2020 that was postponed due to COVID 19. There is clear notification on our website AND in the Product Description that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and that the tickets would be honored at the rescheduled dates. We advised the customer that her tickets are TRANSFERABLE to any other show. All of the tour dates have been rescheduled to 2021 at a time we anticipate mandates for COVID 19 will no longer prohibit large gatherings for public safety. The customer will not be "forced " to attend at a time when there is a public safety risk since the only way that the tour can resume is when government protocols dictating public safety allow large gatherings to safely resume. Therefore we vigorously dispute this complaint on the basis of the postponement was due to force majeure related to the global pandemic brought on by COVID 19. Additionally per California Civil Code section *** our POLICY of ALL SALES FINAL is CLEARLY displayed on our store website AND within the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
